They charge exuberant amounts for clothes that is often very worn and/or stained. Staff is always friendly, no complaints there. It used to be worth it sometimes with the $5 credit for donations, but their new system is the nail in the coffin.

This is our favorite place to shop for our kids clothing. Love that it’s pre-worn/pre-loved and we’re giving clothes a second life. The selection is awesome too.
