This Bank never has more than one teller, and that one teller is usually not at the window. Service is abysmal, utterly inefficient. Be sure to allow yourself at least 20 minutes to make a simple transaction.

One more time mistreated by Jill the incompetent teller and racist old lady. I don't understand why you guys have an old lady who racial profile customers, with me was twice with a friend another time. I will make sure to take legal actions about this branch. You all are incompetent garbage.

I went in to cash a check even though I did not have an account there, they cashed it and did not charge me a $7 fee like US Bank does.They were very positive, uplifting and very respectful. I have been there several times and each time it is a positive atmosphere.
