Is this place even real? Soul crushing liminal space. The tellers are bots and just like them the location is dead inside, dead outside. I feel bad for the people working this worn down remnant of yesterdays corporate-sprawl.

I made an online appointment today, confirmation received. I showed up on time, and waited 30 minutes without being acknowledged. Other customers were served while I waited, so I ended up leaving.

Just nasty to have to touch this keypad I get it's a Sunday but this doesn't even wipe off with a towel seems like it's been here for a while. All over the keypad and card reader.
