“The service and team here are amazing!!! They all work hard and get you what you need! Their usual flat tire repair is under 30 min usually like 15 or 20 minutes if they are not super busy. They sell new tires and used. The flat repair is i think like $20 to $30 dollars, but you are in and out of there. Les Schwab you are usually there 1 to 2 hours.
I just bought 2 tires for my Toyota Sienna AWD Van from here. Total cost for new tires and install $250.00. Les Schwab wanted almost 700 dollars. Big difference.

“I received great service from Les Schwab tire center - St. John's location. I had a flat tire and since I had purchased my tires from this location in 2024, I was able to have my flat fixed for free. I did a walk-in at around 1:30PM after calling the location to see if I could have my car fixed that day. I ended up receiving a phone call that my car was ready at around 5PM. I fortunately live nearby and so I was able to wait at home.
My car was fixed by Jocelyn who was very polite on the phone when she called me to let me know my car was ready. She very kindly told me how I got the flat tire and that she was able to fix it and fill up my tires with air. She neatly put my spare tire and equipment back in my trunk as well.
I had a great experience and I highly recommend this location of Les Schwab!”

It was after Les Schwab had closed, so I called first thing in the a.m. to arrange for them to come and get the tire… Take back to the store… Fix it… And then come back to my home to put on the car. After they fixed it, they called me to let me know that it was finished and there would be no charge. Doing business with Les Schwab not only provides quality product but their customer service is above and beyond. You feel like you are in an exclusive club when you buy their tires. “I called close to their closing time with a tire leaking air to see what their cut off time was. The guy I spoke to said if I got there by 6pm, they’d fix it. I got there at 5:50pm, they pulled a small screw from my tire, patched it up, and sent me on my way with no charge. Pretty awesome, thank you guys! “I have been to Les Schwab many times. EVERY time they have gone out of their way to help, if they are able. The service is exceptional, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and so, so helpful. I get my tires checked and aired for free, they have never, as far as I have been able to tell, tried to sell me something I didn't need or pressure me in any way. They have most tires in stock, even mine for an old Scion. The prices are comparable, I have checked. I had the 2nd flat in about as many weeks today and, when the place I stopped at, wasnt able to help satisfactorily, Les Schwab came to me. I beyond grateful to the staff, and especially Margo, for all the help I received at this location. This is where I'm coming from now on, if at all possible. Truly a great company! THANK YOU LES SCHWAB IN NE ON 82ND!!!”

“I had a broken/loose ball joint that was causing improper wear on my tire tread. After getting that fixed I set up an appointment with Les Schwab to get my tires replace. This Les Schwab was amazing - especially Daniel! He talked me through options, and then even ran to pick up an alternative, better tire for me - Personally! I am grateful for how fast, easy, and simple this Les Schwab team made it for me to get my tires replaced. I will definitely be returning here for any future tire needs I have.”
“I've always bought my tires from Les Schwab and always wondered if I could get them cheaper elsewhere, but the service that Les Schwab provides always brings me back. I recently had a screw in one of my tires and it was repaired for no charge. The following week I had a rock stuck in my brakes and again repaired for free. I stopped to fix my tire. They located leak pretty quickly and get my tire fixed fast.

“I dropped my car off this morning for rear breaks and a patch. The team here had wonderful attitudes, all smiles and kindness. They took great care of my car and the horrible squeak is gone. I’d been to previous locations and had been told that my breaks were fine and that I just “glazed” my breaks and the squeak would eventually go away. Now I feel much safer on the road and won’t feel embarrassed when parking because my car is screaming. My salesperson Chase was super cool and did not pressure me about buying tires, but instead answered my questions and showed me what tires I was interested in.
