“We broke down east of Bend in late October and got a tow to this dealer. Unfortunately the motor was destroyed and had to be replaced. I was reluctant to leave my truck there but after talking to the service consultant there (Ariana) she assured me they could replace the motor there.
They replaced the motor much sooner than I expected and the mechanic did a great job. Ariana was great to work with and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with the whole experience there, albeit not under the best circumstances.
Can’t say I will ever be back as we live near Boise, but I would recommend this dealership to anyone.”

“As i was heading home from prinville reservoir,towing my boat when i noticed the warning lights flashing .I noticed that the temp gauge showed the engine was getting hot.So I turned around and got a room for the night. In the morning I called several places to see if anyone would be able to take my vehicle in to repair. Priority Diesel called me back right away.They said if i brought my truck in they would do everything to get me back on the road. This was essential sine i Take medicine every 3 hours and I had only enough to get me home if i left about noon.In no time they had the new water pump and the tensoner pully and serpentine belt replaced.I think I was only there for about 2 hrs.I was truly saved by Dave and his crew. I believe they all went above and beyond to hel;p me in a dificult situation.”
