“I had a great experience with Uncaged Cycles. My HD Road Glide was in need of a new compensator and tires. Lea was great to work with and was able to answer all my questions. Communication from start to finish is key for me. I had an estimate with options within an hour and decided to move forward with the repairs. I wasn’t in a rush but after they ordered the parts I was riding again in a couple days. Great family owned shop in the Longview area. I will definitely be a returning customer.”

“Buying a new car is stressful! Too many dealerships and salespeople make the process confusing, avoid being upfront about costs, and low bid trade-in values. It often leaves buyers feeling like they’re being taken advantage of — and, honestly, they probably are. Working with Dick Hannah was a completely different experience. I’m glad I spent a couple of months searching for the right dealership, one that valued service, transparency, and fair incentives. They helped me make a purchase I genuinely feel good about. From the very first touchpoint, the trade-in manager, Zak, made me feel completely at ease. He was upfront, transparent, and honored the true value of my trade without any games or the typical tricks with tax credits that other dealerships use. Jesse from sales was a breath of fresh air. It felt less like dealing with a salesperson and more like working with a trusted friend who had my back throughout the entire process. He handled every tricky part of the deal with ease and professionalism, ensuring I received the right incentives without ever making me feel pressured. In the end, I drove over two hours to buy from Dick Hannah — specifically due to the level of service Jesse and Zak provided. When I arrived, there were no surprises with the trade-in value or final cost. I left stress-free, happy with the entire experience, and excited about my new car. Reviews never quite capture everything, but Jesse will absolutely be the first person I recommend to any friend looking for a trusted partner in buying a car. This team truly stands apart!”

“My car was throwing codes that at first seemed like they should be fixed with a couple of replacements. When that didn't work, I went to Art's and they found that the problem was actually a communication error with the ECU. Got my car running again in about 3 and a half days.”

“I don't think I have ever met a mechanic who cares more about helping people than Shayne. After my car (2014 Subaru Impreza) started having a mysterious transmission issue at the start of a road trip, we managed to get it to Shayne's shop in Kelso since it was the closest one at the time. It was a holiday so when we arrived the shop was closed, but by a stroke of insane luck we happened to run into him having a yard sale out front of his shop. He was super flexible with me and my friends as we worked out what to do and how to get back to Portland. I ended up leaving my car with him and he found the issue (a different shop had messed up a differential service) and addressed it. What I paid even ended up being less than my original quote. Shayne was very responsive to my messages, even outside of regular work hours, and had a lot of patience with me even though I'm sure I drove him nuts with the amount of questions I kept asking. Car trouble is always stressful and this was my first experience with a big mechanical issue. I'm very glad Shayne was the one who handled it because he made me feel supported and like I had someone on my side the whole time. If you ever have car trouble or just need regular service and you're in the Kelso area, I highly recommend going to Shayne. He is a man of outstanding character and I am beyond grateful for everything he did for me.”

“We are on the road with our 25’ travel trailer and found ourselves at Silver Lake with a broken leaf spring. It was recommended that we call Potter Webster in Longview. I spoke to Brad who said they had the part in stock and since he lives up this way, he would be happy to drop it off on his way home. That is some extraordinary customer service! Thank you for making this event a little less stressful.”

“Going to start this off by saying you can't beat their prices in the ENTIRE OF COWLITZ COUNTY. Seriously, we got a ton of work done for less than 600. Only reason I'm giving four stars is because same day after pick up I had to go back because the check engine light came back on. This was after a brake job, oil change, air filter change, and a full diagnostic. They found this under the vanity cover like 10 minutes later. Replaced it for free but it definitely made me think twice about going back. That being said, I am still going to give them another shot. Top tier customer service, thanks guys for all the good work you did! She's running like a dream now!”
1205 S Pacific Ave, Kelso WA 98626
“I had an awesome experience taking my 73 T2 here. Jason was great. He's very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining what work was needed and what would be a good idea in the future. Whenever something unexpected was found, I received a call. I never wondered what the status was. The communication was excellent. When I received my bus back today it ran better than it has run in the 4 years I've owned it. An excellent experience, and I will absolutely be taking my bus back.”

“My gf took her truck into get detailed. It ended up being a bigger job than anyone thought. We didn't want to pay the increased price as the guy at the front desk was super honest with us that he didn't think it would make a difference. But they still did a complete wash of the exterior. 100%recommend these guys”
