“Last year I stopped in 10 minutes before they closed and they helped me with a new speaker for my truck to replace the blown one that anther place wired wrong.
Then it's been great until a dealership replace my heater core and never hooked my rc plugs or bass knob up so I swung threw this morning and the took a look and hooked everything back up and when doing so they realized that the sub was making a noise so they replaced it even though it was a couple months past due this company is way worth the drive and the customer service was amazing for the second time now I've drove 2.5 hours to use them thanks again”

The diligent work you helped my mother with will never be forgotten and after 10 years of myself working for a competitor in DIRECT sales/customer service, your actions the other day gained my RESPECT for INDIRECT sales for cell service and in general, that dod bot exist before. “Honestly, it's Target and it's been here for decades now. Yes, the selection is limited for many things but the prices are typically comparable to Walmart except without the adults who haven't showered in a year wearing onesies walking around everywhere.

I'm all for saving money, but at the same time I truly enjoy shopping places that are clean and don't ell like a septic tank.”

“After searching for a computer repair business in the Longview/Kelso area, I found virtually all had gone out of business. The last one I telephoned was Charisma Computers... and it was both open and doing business. I would have thought there would be more such businesses. Luckily, and luck for me, because this small family business is terrific!
Instead of trying to bring a laptop back to life I decided I would have the owner, Harley, build me a PC as opposed spending my money at a big corporate business (think Best Buy, Walmart, Fred Meyer, and the evil Death Star, the dreaded Amazon-- which the previous computers I had purchased from them were either broken on delivery and/or not operating well), I was able to support a small local family business. Hurrah!
Harley listened to what I needed, gave me feedback to confirm he understood, and then built a desktop PC that meets my needs.
Charisma Computers treated me in the manner that reminded me of how customers were treated years ago... personable, upfront, and friendly. I'm quite sure that statement gave away my advanced age, since most businesses today focus on profits rather than customer satisfaction.

“Jose Did an absolutely amazing job! Made the transition for my mom soooo easy! I brought my mom in cause shes elderly and needed a phone that didnt run like a dial up computer and He pointed us in the right direction, helped her set up her new phone so its exactly the same (which was a huge deal for her), made it quick and even made it to where switching saved her money! And honestly im even thinking about switching now!
The other gentleman working was also a pleasure. Both very kind professional and made this transition pleasurable instead of painful lol
