“This is the best credit union ever! I am so glad I bank with them. I only banked with them because when I finance my car other bank on point didn't hit low enough. Anyways, I digress. What I'm getting at is anytime I've been in here. The service is absolutely 10 out of 10 everybody's so friendly so kind. They even have a little mini fridge where they give you sparkling water or sodas or little bag of chips. The tellers are so sweet. They also have a change machine if you need to cash any change which is phenomenal and I just would highly recommend them even though they're not open on Saturdays which is the only little minor drawback. They are just fantastic service. Never lets me down such friendly people inside. I wish every Bank could be like them”

There’s always going to be good and bad, but I can honestly say the people behind this place are what make it great. Derek went above and beyond to help me with an issue today. “We’ve been very happy with SELCO. Both of my children have checking and savings accounts there, and we’ve worked with Talon several times — he has been absolutely wonderful. He is patient, knowledgeable, and makes the process easy to understand. The kids really enjoyed working with him and felt comfortable asking questions.
We are now getting ready to switch our accounts over to SELCO as well. The customer service has been fantastic, and it’s clear they truly care about their members. Highly recommend!”

“••Edited•• BOTC (was) an awesome place to bank. (BOTC was recently acquired by First Interstate Bank, another home town style, regional Bank. FIB has done a tremendous job keeping the same atmosphere and) local feel and local connection (that BOTC had cultivated through its years of operation). Staff is (still) very friendly and knowledgeable. Transactions are quick, easy and accurate. No problems whatsoever. Even like the mobile app, it works great. Also, the name of the new owners of BOTC is "FIRST Interstate Bank," not sure why it's only showing up as "Interstate Bank."”

“I have been using this branch since 2016. It has the most convenient hours of all the branches. I appreciate the ATM withdrawal and deposit feature when they are closed.I have always been happy with the staff. Kind and friendly. As well as efficient. Only a couple time did I have to wait in line. And usually it's not too bad.Now I live on the South side of Bend and the location at Albertsons was recently closed. :(. I wish the ATM was still there at the Very least.Oh well, I still work next to the HWY 20 location. So it's still my best choice.”
“Met with McKennon to ask about transferring Auto loan to Selco. He ran the numbers and it will be a go! And save me money
He made other suggestions to save me money like moving money from a 0.01% account to a 3.4% interest bearing account. I said yes, and he made it happen. Also, because of his suggestions, I will probably be moving my homeowners insurance over to Selco as it will save me money
McKennon is thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. I really lucked out today to be able to meet with him. Selco wins, and I win”

“I drive across town to go to this branch. I’ve been banking here for nearly a decade now. The staff is always kind and friendly here which tells me it is as nice a place to work as it is to bank at.
We did both of our home loans at this location, the whole team is knowledgable and if you’ve ever done a home loan you’ll know there is no replacement for having an experienced guide, it’s a tough process, but they have your back.
