“This is a personally preferred location owing to the opportunity to complete other shopping errands at the same time. There is a somewhat rapid turnover of customer counselors, so it is a difficult task to build a long-term relationship with customer-facing associates. That being said, it was easy to talk with Nicole, who reviewed our current plan and advised a few changes that would save some money. We also discovered that there were available upgrades that made at least one family member very happy. Even though we reside on the east side, this is still our favorite retail location.”

I happened to be disappointed in my carrier and asked what she offered. She showed me a plan that was much better than my current one, and was a good chunk cheaper, and then she helped me switch carriers and explained a number of benefits I was unaware of. I am very pleased with the new service and her assistance. Bri was extremely helpful, informative, gracious and polite, and all with a smile. She touched all the bases, and made a sometimes stressful process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend her and the services she offers.”

My service is still horrible, even sitting in their parking lot to write this review, but at least got the service I'd expect after 11 yrs with them.”
“Contact on 10-28 to have my wife's phone unlocked so I could give it to an elderly lady who had broken her phone and needed help. I did not get the name of the employee I spoke with, but would like to say she was very helpful. Would also like to add that after leaving one of he so called major carriers I am very pleased with CONSUMER CELLULAR and the monthly cost.”
