“I couldn’t have asked for better service. We were waiting on insurance to determine liability for a long time and they helped me to wait patiently (knowing I was not at fault helped) and kept moving as much as they could on the repairs, rental car help, encouragement! My car looks brand new (well, except for that unrelated scratch!) inside and out. I am 100% satisfied and will go to them without question if I ever need to again (please no!)”

“This quite possibly was the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had getting a car fixed. The owner was there on a Sunday when we dropped off a dead car, then made the repairs a priority due to job needs when he didn’t have to. The owner called us right when he said he would and the repairs were done within a day. No up-selling or fear mongering to fix anything else. The staff was very kind and followed through. I will definitely go back and tell all my friends.”

Toyhauler RV that I just sold after 6+ years since he polished and coated and new owners were very impressed with how it still looked new. Recently removed full length tree scratches on our 38' coach and then ceramic coated. Made our 2021 Coach look better than new. Very impressed with his expertise. Strongly recommend this business.”
“Took my '17 F-150 to The Car Shop in Dallas, OR for electrical issues. First time using the Shop and I'm happy with the results. It was about 5 days in the shop from drop-off to pick-up and the truck has been issue free since. I would recommend them to others.
I decided on The Car Shop because they seemed honest and up-front about costs and workload--they weren't the cheapest repair shop by hourly rate, half the cost of a dealership, double the cost of the (suspiciously) lowest, and on par with the average of others I checked. They warned me they were pretty busy and I needed to schedule a drop-off about a week in advance.
When I dropped off the truck they asked many questions about the issues, how and when they would occur, and what kind of work had been done recently. I was bracing for a couple weeks worth of work, suspecting water or rodent damage to wiring. They contacted me on the third day at the shop and reported suspected problems, a defunct computer and an issue with fluid levels.
They inspected the truck for leaks, addressed the fluid level issue, scheduled an on-site programming specialist for a new computer, and had the work done a couple of days after reporting their findings. The total cost was reasonable when accounting for diagnostic time, inspections, labor, fluids, programming, and parts.”
“2 body shop guys helped my friend get my wrecked truck rolling again to avoid another 300 hundred buck tow charge, they dived right in when they came back from their lunches. I gave them a domino's gift card several days later to show them I really appreciate the effort and time.”
“Wally the owner is exceptional. He was super busy but still found time to help me. Tho my Eco diesel was a first for his shop, he still went above and beyond in my estimation. That speaks volumes to me. Thank u again Wally. If u need work done.....go see him. He is honest, a good thing in these times. The shop was booked out to far to dig further into the issues, I took my truck elsewhere. But I will definitely seek his services again if needed.”

“Overall, I got what I paid for and that’s what matters. It’s a 3.5-4 star because communication was lacking. I’d get texts& emails with new quotes, but It was tough to get someone on the phone to break down what was going on. Also, my car was done for a day and a half before I knew I could come get it and had to wait 5til next day when open again. I will applaud their breakdowns with pictures and thorough notes, that is helpful as I’m a visual girly, but I would have them call more and leave short voicemails about what the call is for, if it’s quote or if car is done and just be willing to take that time. Especially with the quotes. I accidentally agreed to another in depth check that I thought was the original search and ended up paying more than I thought because I didn’t understand the quote email and checking boxes. My grandpa raved about this place and I’m glad I got the breakdowns and quotes. I think they do solid work, but need a bit more organization/help with communication on customer end. :) they get booked out quite a ways, so I’d recommend calling and hearing their openings before driving there.”
“Astro Gas station has a New Space Age Look. Located on Monmouth Street in Independence, Oregon. ⛽ The gas station stands out with cool bright blue, red, and yellow colors -- might even be seen from space. Gas station attendants are always very polite and quick. Today 22 September 2019 20$ cash = 6.89 gallons. Be good humans!! ?”
“Les Schwab continues living up to its client satisfaction standards. I was in and out in about an hour and they did an excellent job in replacing my trailer tire and talking me through the options.”
“Our first experience with this location was not good at all. Employee's were untrained and lacked and real information needed to do their job. Customer service was terrible and we left we our car making a strange sound. Today our visit exceeded every point downfall of before. We were greeted by a nice gentleman who let is know it would be only a fifteen minute wait. When we pulled into the bay the Manager Monte greeted us and asked questions about our vehicle I have never even heard before. Good real information. With visual facts and was extremely knowledgeable. Friendly every employee seems to know what there are doing and did it with a smile. We will most definitely be returning to this location because of the experience Monte gave to us. Thanks team for changing out outlook on the business.
