They were busy while I was there waiting for my flat to be fixed, had hot coffee for those waiting as well as popcorn. There is a waiting area with a TV and some magazines. It is close to the mall and you could wait there instead. I waited about 1.5 hours to get my tire fixed on a Wednesday morning.
