“The customer service lady, Dawn was currently helping someone else but warmly invited me in and to have a seat. She made getting a phone up and running easy and friendly. I would suggest Us Cellular off of Stephens st. any day!!”
“Everyone was super friendly and helpful... one employee in particular PAULA an older lady maybe in her 50s maybe 40s if I was being polite. Paula is a little disrespectful and seems to only car about selling you on the most expensive product. She didn't help me find what I was looking for and only cared that I got what had the biggest price tag. When I was going to work with another employee she stopped what she was doing to jump over and take over the sale. This left the group she was working with just sitting waiting 15 mins. I assume the employees make commission but way she acts absolute ridiculous. Anyway everyone else way great. I had to ask Paula's days off in a passing conversation with her to make sure I don't go when she's in.”

“The guys at this Verizon store were sure friendly and helpful! Especially Steven! I had both of my kids with me and they were running around touching everything but not misbehaving or anything just being kids and the workers were super nice and were talking to my kids and don’t make me feel bad or judged at all. All three of the workers were so helpful and very attentive to all their customers. I noticed especially with the guy who helped me, Steven, was extremely thorough and seemed to already know all his customers even though he just moved here 8 months ago from the South. I could easily relate to him since I have family in the South as well. He made double and triple sure that he was able to find me all the best deals that he possibly could. He said that was his super power and he wasn’t wrong! He found a way to save me a ton of money a year on my bill and was able to bundle some extras together that I was paying for separately to save money as well. He never pressured me or anything he just listened to me to find out what I really needed and I really appreciate the time he took to give me a great experience with upgrading my phone. I highly recommend to come to this Verizon store in Roseburg next to Costco for all your cellular needs!”

“The ONLY Corporate Location in Roseburg!!!They waived my activation/upgrade fees! Paid off a phone from Verizon, gave me Costco Shop Cards and Prepaid Visa Gift Cards! The experience was fantastic, they walked me through every step and transferred my information at NO EXTRA COST! And they have service in Glide!!! I now have service again because Verizon didn't care!”
“I went in today ..my phone that I had from another company when I switched to UScellular finally came to an end ..the screen was toast and very difficult to read or even keep from freezing up..I took the pieces in taped together Meg spent hours finding saving and switching my info over..it was not an easy task..some apps were impossible..one app wanted to be sure it was me and asked for my great great grandfather's middle name ..b4 they transfered my info...but she got it done ..3 thumbs up”
“Had issues in getting something addressed on my iphone where self-troubleshooting wasnt working. Went into this store near 12pm on a weekday. Several people were needing help nonstop in and out of the door with 3 reps working. Austin was excellent with addressing the issue on my phone! Thanks so much Austin and the staff at this store! “Brock, Shannon, and the rest of the staff provided outstanding customer service when we went in to open a “55+” account. Shannon was new, but she researched and communicated as much as she could about a variety of T Mobile services. Brock, in particular, was not only the most knowledgeable, he was also extremely patient, kind, and helpful to his two “senior” clients. Hopefully, our new T-Mobile service will work flawlessly, but if we will ever need to go to their office, I would be happy to see the team again at this location as we’ve already experienced their outstanding level of customer service. I highly recommend this team for your mobile phone requirements.”
