“I ordered about 13 iris in May. I received them in August. I am so impressed with the quality of the rhizomes! They were large, healthy and packaged with care! I planted them a few days later and they look great. I have placed another order which will arrive in a few days. I can hardly wait for spring to see them bloom. Thank you for such quality and care!”

“This was my first experience working with Highway Fuel to have compost blown into our garden and it couldn't have gone better. Everyone was so helpful including with what had been a big concern for me, how much to order. They have it all worked out and I was greatly relieved. I'd like to advise others considering this service for the first time to know it will be done expertly and you won't have to worry about ordering too much or too little. Jeff Z. stopped by before hand to prepare me for what to expect. Matt called the day before delivery to confirm the time and details and Riley and crew showed up on time, did a fantastic job placing the compost and cleaning up afterwards. It was a terrific experience. Thanks to all who helped make my garden better.”

“Came to HD today to return and pick up a large order of cabinets. Emily (in consumer service ) had such a great attitude. I always feel a bit guilty returning a large quantity of items, especially when they're heavy and cumbersome. Emily remained positive the entire time. She went as far as bringing a portion of the items from the back warehouse because only part of the order had been brought to the front. People like this should be recognized for their great customer service.”

“I was in Salem Oregon in June and had the pleasure of going into your store and receiving excellent customer service. Kenny Powell assisted us with a bathroom countertop when it was missing parts, he went beyond my expectations to solve the problem. The paint staff, and check out folks were very friendly and helpful. Since we were out of town and working on a house to rent, we really appreciated the help it was very stressful. Please share this with your employees they deserve a pat on the back. Good to see some good customer service in these times.”
