“Came to HD today to return and pick up a large order of cabinets. Emily (in consumer service ) had such a great attitude. I always feel a bit guilty returning a large quantity of items, especially when they're heavy and cumbersome. Emily remained positive the entire time. She went as far as bringing a portion of the items from the back warehouse because only part of the order had been brought to the front. People like this should be recognized for their great customer service.”
