I have had great customer service with everyday banking at Chase locations. I travel to have Alex Gutierrez help me with our CD and account changes. He is an excellent contact at Chase, West Salem.

I have never really had a issue with Chase. I did have one closed out by overdrawn. Great Place to have banking.
