“This whole process was so easy, went so smoothly, and everything I packed in the Ubox traveled and arrived safe. The Ubox itself was much sturdier than I'd expected from pictures I'd seen and easy to secure. Everything was on time every step of the way and the company stayed in contact at every stage and was super easy to contact and quick to respond when I had questions. My favorite thing about working with U-Haul for this is ALL of the drivers, both in Oregon and Colorado, to drop off and pick up the container, were women, which I thought was pretty cool.”
“Renting UHAUL online was easy. I was able to take the vehicle that I rented an hour and a half earlier. I dropped it off right on time as planned, which was after hours, The drop off procedure was a little bit confusing. I do have questions, about refunding some items I did not use, 4 stars”
