Jackson's Body Shop Inc. is praised for excellent customer service. They stand behind their work and fix problems on the spot, such as vibration inside a driver door, and even top off tire air for busy customers. Little things like this set the shop apart in a world where people are nickel and dimed for everything. The shop did great work on rear end collisions, repairing bumpers with an awesome paint match and nice restoration of bumper components so the car looks like it did before the collision. Parts can be delayed because of supply chain issues, but the staff remains kind and upbeat, helpful, and keeps customers updated. The team works with insurance companies and goes above and beyond to make the process better. Many customers recommend the shop for painting, exhaust, and body & trim services, giving it five stars and saying they will use it again.
My husband and I have used Jackson's Auto Body four times over a number of years for different things. Each time was a good experience. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. They do a great job without trying to soak you on the price too much. Great family owned business.
