“I love this place. This location is run exactly the same way that I would run things; and I am older and have a lot of experience.
Jaime Is very friendly and puts you at ease immediately. You can look as in his eyes and you can tell that they are there to serve you.
There are plenty of oil change places now, so the stick is set real high. Enterprise rises above them all. They have all of the modern equipment and a down to earth friendly staff to serve you..
And finally, the thing that I was most impressed with initially was the fact that they show you your oil on the stick! How do you know with other oil change places that they’ve really put in any oil at all?

“What a GREAT first experience I had today with this local shop! Zero wait time, and they were friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and thorough. I happened to have the necessary supplies on me (oil filter and oil) because a friend was going to do it for me but then couldn’t last second, so in desperation I googled cheap oil changes in Salem, and this place I’d never heard of was mentioned first! And they used my supplies and only charged $25 for the labor, even offering to change my air filter for free when he saw my newly-bought filter in my trunk.
And THEN I heard about their awesome mission (via Salem First Baptist) to be a second chance employer! So cool!”

My AC wasn’t working and my mechanic doesn’t work on them, so I came here. They were gonna diagnose it for $174 (it takes a long time to tear apart the dash and investigate the whole thing thoroughly). It was the sensor, which was gonna be about $1,000 to fix. But somehow with all the unplugging and plugging things back in, the sensor started working well again. So I have wonderfully cool air again and it was only $174. Praise God!!”

“I will admit in the past I have had trouble communicating and getting my appointment right down at Volkswagen… one time I waited about five hours for my oil to be changed… that was years ago with my daughter‘s car…so with that said, this time was such a great experience!!! Went in for a tuneup. Josh and David both are so kind. They even called me an Uber driver to take me home so I didn’t have to wait. They gave me 10% discount and try to give me any deals that they have going. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them. Thx Josh!!! My daughter has a Tiguan & so do I!!…we will be back!!!”

“I always enjoy stopping at this Jiffy Lube location for a quick oil change, or more detailed services. Today I got an oil change and had my brake fluid flushed, & it was all done in less than 20 minutes. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. They don’t mind if you stay in your car, yet they offer to take you inside for coffee and will take care of the rest for you. Window washing & light vacuuming are complimentary as well! 10/10 experience every time!”
