About U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer received mixed reviews. Customers praised the staff at the location, especially two gentlemen who provided above-and-beyond service and support during a 3000-mile move, making customers feel cared for and appreciated. However, the phone support was criticized for being rude, difficult, and lacking knowledge, which negatively impacted the experience. One customer appreciated the manager's sympathetic response to a harassment incident, highlighting that the staff at the location generally care about customer satisfaction. Overall, while the in-store service is highly recommended, there are concerns about the quality of phone interactions.

The 10’ truck was perfect, except it didn’t have a ramp-which would of been helpful.. We needed a hand truck, which was not available today.. Very grateful for the support of U-Haul in general.

It was great. The front desk agent was very kind and helpful. The location was very clean and comfortable. Easy to navigate in a downtown location.

Couldn't connect on the phone, so I did a walk in. Guy at the desk was really nice, and made it a breezy to reserve. I have to use again next week, so I know where to go.
