When we requested bids for our living room remodel, we were really hoping to get responses from all bidders that would involve more around DESIGN ideas and COLLABORATION rather than just someone bidding out the stuff we shared without any discussion. I'm lead to believe being a woman-owned business helped here, because the male bidders that showed up were a quick show-up-and-estimate process, and even came off as a bit "mainsplainey" toward my wife (when she's the one calling the shots here). Our project might not have been the biggest project from a cost perspective, but Kathie's team approached it as if it were equal to their other jobs. “We talked to a lot of contractors, big box stores and people at kitchen showrooms and the price was so high we knew we would never be able to afford to redo our kitchen. Then a contractor suggested Beaverton Kitchen and Cabinets and we are so happy they did. The prices we very reasonable and the service and quality were excellent. Their installers were so fast and so efficient.
It only took two days to demolish and install the new cabinets and countertops. Their work was outstanding. Our kitchen is so beautiful!”

“My elderly parents had a plumbing problem to their kitchen sink and dishwasher. We called another company that rhymes with ShMalmedal, and they ended up being the opposite of anything good. My parents have been unable to use their kitchen for a week. Today my parents called George Morlan Plumbing. Morlan Plumbing was able to respond within the same day. Alex showed up and in 30 minutes, identified the problem, fixed the problem, showed my Dad how to do it himself next time, adjusted the lines to the dishwasher for better efficiency, adjusted the water pressure in the dishwasher to flush particles better and verified that the water heater was not degraded. This was what excellent service looks like.”

“I have a Kershaw model 2031 knife that didn't open well. I took it apart and found that it didn't have two bearings. Contacted Kai to request relacement bearings and they supplied them without question. Unfortunately they sent the wrong bearing that were to thick. Contacted them again and they sent the correct bearings, without question. My knife now opens with authority, making me very happy. Thank you Kai USA for your wonderful customer service.
