Explanation was good of issue, knew it could be repaired with quick (free) diagnostic check (vs Apple Genius Bar providing NO info except to repeat my issue back to me). Part ordered within communicated timeline and iPad repaired on schedule. Really pleased. Glad to repair instead of replace! Will return for repeat business.”

My sister and I went with them to AT&T to make sure they didn’t get something they didn’t need or couldn’t understand (tech-wise). “I just had a wonderful experience at this location. I have been having trouble with my voicemail for more than a year and a half. I tried calling Cricket, going into other locations and could not get the problem fixed. Anthony spent time with me, tried many different solutions, talked with me to fully understand the problem and fixed it! While we were waiting, he also let me know how I could save money on a better plan. Overall, he was wonderful, I highly recommend this location!!”
