“I am switching my business account to Verizon and my experience with Gabriel has been extraordinary. His customer service is so spot on and ability to overcome challenges is unbelievable. I pride myself on customer service and do so appreciate it when I receive it myself. Transferring phone service has always been a dreadful experience but not in this case. Thank you Gabriel!!”

“So much gratitude for Cellairis! My iPhone practically snapped in half and was somewhat working but the screen was completely out of commission. It was devastating to find out that I had been paying for iCloud and it hadn’t been backing up my phone at all… just 600k text messages. I had memories in there from my family member who passed away years ago that I really wanted back. I spent a week trying to find anyone to help me. Apple, Geek Squad… all turned me away. However, both of them said I need to find someone to repair the screen temporarily to get my iPhone backed up. Cellairis was the only one! And at a fraction of the price that geek squad & apple had thought I’d be charged. All done in 20 minutes, too. Literally less time than it took me to drive out there! Thank you Igor saving my irreplaceable memories, and I’ll be sure to really make sure they’re backed up this time around.”

“I went in a couple of weeks ago, and the younger gentleman who helped me was super friendly, patient, and made everything so easy. Even though the process itself was a little lengthy, he made it feel quick by explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. I’m not very tech-savvy, so I really appreciated that he took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable instead of overwhelmed. It was such a smooth, positive experience, and great customer service like that really stands out. I really appreciate it.”

“Mason at the Wilsonville AT&T store is the epitome of great customer service. He was incredibly patient, informative, and genuinely cheerful throughout the entire experience. You can tell he truly loves his job and takes pride in helping people. It was also obvious that Mason is the go-to person for knowledge among the other employees. He explained everything to us clearly and in detail, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were completely set up for success. Customer service like this is becoming harder to find. Mason went above and beyond, and AT&T is lucky to have him. Thank you, Mason, for making what could have been a stressful experience easy and enjoyable!”

Completely the opposite of what I walked in and I would highly recommend his service if you're looking for someone to work with. 66 years old and some of the best customer service I've had in years. Thank you!!”

“Every time I go in the store I never have to wait long and the people that work there are super knowledgeable. They always go the extra mile for me and never try to just sell me something. They make me feel like I'm important instead of just a customer. I don't remember that two people's names unfortunately that helped me yesterday but I appreciate them. And no matter what situation I've ever had problem or question I've never left still wondering or without it resolved. This is by far the best AT&t store I've ever been to and I've been with the company for years now.”
