Self Storage in Sherwood, OR

“Kaylee was very knowledgeable about everything I needed to know about renting a storage unit, she walked me through everything at my pace helping me understand and making me feel comfortable about every aspect of renting with Sentinel Self Storage! I am looking forward to meeting the other staff members she mentioned but Kaylee was a pleasure to work with and I am thankful she is there!:)

“Nick has always been so very helpful and kind. He has great listening skills and he has excellent customer service skills. I have had storage there for a couple years and have sent numerous people to this Northwest self storage across from the golf course and he is always been very kind and patient with all of us. Nick is a wonderful person and I am so grateful that he is managing the storage that I rent two units in. Nick alone has made my life so much easier and better. I thank God for Nick in Northwest self storage. May it continue in service forever. And I constantly tell people what an excellent place it is to rent from. Again I want to thank Nick for everything he's done and for how patient he's been. Northwest self storage got a treasure when they hired him!”

“I didn’t end up renting a from this location at this time, but I went to the office on site to ask some questions. Now, Jesse had called me earlier so she gets a mention, but this review is for PAMELA. She’s the one I spoke to in person and was just so kind and courteous and really went above and beyond to try and meet my needs. I had rented from another Northwest location in the past, but it seems company policies had changed. PAM PAM, I plan on coming back. I really appreciate your time and responsiveness. Pam, I have a plan and it’s Northwest thanks to you.”

“This crew at this uhaul store seem to work together well however Travis is who I worked with over the phone. If he isn't a manager of some sort then he absolutely should be”

“We have stored our trailer here for many many years. It is great. Easy in and out. Always very helpful and friendly. Have friends that now store their trailer there because we recommended it to them and they are happy as well. We also get a response quickly when we have questions or leave a message”

“SHERWOOD U-HAUL’s SHERRY ANDERSON & TEAM ARE AWESOME!!!
I have used Sherwood U-Haul for years and have always received excellent service whether I needed storage units, trucks or pods delivered and shipped.
My most recent experience of renting two pods were delivered/picked-up in a timely manner and handled with care by girls that were personable, efficient, experienced, and knowledgeable. Kellen in U-Haul Delivery always communicated all questions and answers in a timely manner. Pods will be stored along with a third pod in a clean climate-controlled facility at Sherwood U-Haul for months until it is time to ship them to Texas.
I highly recommend Sherwood U-Haul to everyone since it is the best there is in every way. They always go above and beyond my expectations; I have NEVER been disappointed.
Thank You Sherry and crew for seeing everything runs smoothly!!!
