“When my family and I moved to Oregon we went straight here to unload the uhual. while we were unloading it our dog had an emergency and my wife left immediately to take him to the vet, taking the car and stranding me at the facility with the uhual. The manager saw me and asked what happened she immediately said she would drive me to my car so I could meet them at the vet and let me leave the uhual at the facility safe behind the gate. She showed us a different level of customer service and compassion that I am extremely grateful for. The facility is extremely clean, safe and cares about their customers and their belongings. Thank you!”
“Elyse and the team at Haulaway have helped us with storage containers annually at Pacific University when we have events or renovation storage needs. They are always kind and on time with deliveries and pick ups. I highly recommend them.”
“I rented a very large unit when I first moved into the facility in August of last year. I was able to recently downsize, with extreme ease, thanks to Traci’s help and guidance.
Thank you Traci for being a huge help with everything! You have a wonderful personality, and are very business professional! Not to mention you have a FANTASTIC sense of humor! You’re the best!”
“This location is great. I had my items in storage for approximately two years while I traveled, and the staff was great, responsive, and they always looked after the property, never had any issues. billing was always on time. Notices were sent to my email If there was an increase, never had any issues with billing. Kimberly and Tracy are amazing and if I ever need a storage locker in the future, I will drive all the way to Tualatin just to store my items at this location!”
“The owners and staff here are honest and great! Highly recommend this storage facility, they don't charge any surprise fees and the sizes are accurate unlike a lot of the big-box storage facilities.”
“They helped me out when I needed to store a classic car during a move. Last minute need and they were great. Fair price, easy to work with and would use them again.”

“I would like to give a huge thank you to Wesley H., Brandon R., Thomas P. Dylan L, and Hudney K for making our moving experience quick and efficient. They were all so nice and easy going and made us feel at ease with moving whatever we asked with smiles. (even the hard stuff) We appreciated each of them and would highly recommend this company because we received excellent service. They went above and beyond!”
