“When my family and I moved to Oregon we went straight here to unload the uhual. while we were unloading it our dog had an emergency and my wife left immediately to take him to the vet, taking the car and stranding me at the facility with the uhual. The manager saw me and asked what happened she immediately said she would drive me to my car so I could meet them at the vet and let me leave the uhual at the facility safe behind the gate. She showed us a different level of customer service and compassion that I am extremely grateful for. The facility is extremely clean, safe and cares about their customers and their belongings. Thank you!”
