“I needed an RV parking space and was worried about making it to their office while I was driving home at 4:30 in the afternoon. They got me all set up over the phone while I was driving. The guy was super clear about the options, prices, availability, and was really nice. The guy sent me info via text and email so I never needed to go to the office or make it there before closing. Since they did all the work with a phone call I was able to enter the facility and park my new trailer without any hassles.”

now an address to the public! having to rent equipment to perform moves and deliveries is almost always a hassle but the mcewan staff is so calm, professional, helpful, and even funny! they always engage, they aim to please, and they make it beyond pleasant... an entirely stress free experience.
do yourself a favor - next time you need a rental... go out of your way to rent from this location. you wont be let down.

“You have a great guy in charge of your facility . Brenden - he is energetic and goes out out his way to help his customers. Has a great smile and an excellent demeanor. He is a great communicator , and makes you feel at home when when you are on site. I like going to my storage unit ,which I can’t say about other places I have been too. Brenden is a special employee , public storage should have Brenden train all future employees at all public storage facilities, He Know what customer service is all about!”
