“I brought my Miata in for wheels and tires and was assisted by assistant manager Phillip. His customer service skills are exemplary! Phil kept me up to date on my order. He was experienced, knowledgeable, communicative and friendly. My installers were Jenna and another tech whose name I didn't catch and they were excellent. They were led by the store manager, Tony, who smoothly runs a busy and top notch store. It was clear his employees were well trained and had his respect. Great job by management and skilled technicians that take pride in their work. I highly recommend this store over all others!

“I've taken my 2010 Honda Odyssey here a few times for repair. These guys seem very honest and straightforward. I called around a few times to get quotes from other shops on the repairs I needed and their prices were right in line with other shops. They have never charged me more than what they quoted and they have always finished work on my car on the day they said they would.
I've been to several auto shops around town that I was unhappy with. It's really nice to find an honest straightforward shop with fair prices.
I usually deal with Jeremy when I call or pick up/ drop off my van. He is very friendly and does a great job of fully explaining what they have done to fix my van and why they had to do it.”

“A Les Schwab, Lake Grove, Oregon sales rep suggested I try a set of 245/35R-21XL 96Y ION EVO ALL SEASON tires when I was replacing a worn out set of Michelins on my older Tesla Model S. I was skeptical after running Michelins for more than 12 years on the S, but went with his suggestion. Fabulous choice, simply for the road noise reduction. The car has never run so silent! These may be one of the first tires designed specifically for electric cars, and they have delivered a great result. Not sure about ultimate tire mileage yet, but the noise reduction was worth the switch.”

“Extremely trustworthy mechanic and he does an amazing job too! I've had multiple experiences with Luis and his team, and they always go above and beyond. Additionally, I took my girlfriend's car to get the brakes replaced and Luis told me the brakes were fine and did not need replacing. I can't tell you the number of shops I've been too where they would just replace it anyway without telling you.

“I just bought the Wildpeak AT3s a few months ago....Awesome service. Today however, this location went above and beyond. I had a couple of tires that could not be repaired. The damage was due to debris from construction sites on highways 26, 217, I-5 and poor clean up management.
When I bought the tires i also bought coverage. Unfortunately the Wildpeak AT3Ws that I had bought for my 4runner have been discontinued by the manufacturer. DT could not quickly locate the tires that I needed.
They honored both the coverage contract for the damaged tire, replacing it with a new AT4W and also pro-rated the other three new AT4W. An unfortunate series of events resulted in saving me hundreds today.”

“I’ve been coming to the Sherwood Les Schwab since they opened — long, long-time customer. Over the years there have been a few hiccups, but overall this has always been one of the best locations. I was in recently for my annual winter tire swap and was genuinely impressed to see someone running out to greet me again — that used to be their hallmark, and it’s great to see it back. Service was quick and friendly, and I love that they offer winter tire storage. In and out in about an hour. Feels like they’re truly back to 5-star form.”
