They take clean cans and bottles for No Hastle deposit return.
The garden area in front, has a good selection of flowers, herbs, plants, bushes and plant containers. Wood barrel planters, shown in photos.

Sporting goods has large selection of fishing, hunting and crabbing supplies, also selling fishing/hunting licenses.

“For the best selections, go at the end of the semesters. Everything is priced to sell! Just go take a look. You can get brand new stuff for really cheap like desk fans, or used veridesks for $20. Really take your time looking. I got a lab chair for my desk for $5. Two single seats that were used in the student Union for $15 each. They even have artwork, sometimes Very nice cabinets or a washer and dryer that May not close right, but if you're good with a screwdriver and hardware, you could fix it in a jiffy. They prefer credit cards over cash! They have a section with cafeteria stuff, or odds and ends with brand new sinksi. The box and office supplies that you can take this and that, whole arm full for just $2 to $5. Completely worth looking through the stuff. Plus you're helping with recycling and reusing stuff.”

“I was very distracted on this day. In my own thoughts. I have never been to this store or town. But a huge shout out needs to be said to the young cashier man with tatoos who's positive vibes shined bright. I forgot my wallet and went to my car and a another person paid for my snacks by the time I returned. I saw this man in the parking lot and gave him a big hug. We do not have a lot of really greatstories out there. So walterville your people rock!”
“Shout out to Hal the cashier! Super friendly and upbeat, made conversation and complimented my Halloween poncho and makeup. Went to wrap my coffee mug in newspaper, then changed his mind and wrapped it in paper towels so that the ink from the paper wouldn't stick to the mug! Probably the best experience I've had with a Dollar Tree employee!”
“This store… is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. I love the variety of things here home decor, personal items, cleaning supplies, food and so much more! It literally has just about EVERYTHING. Not crap stuff either. We are talking brand name vitamins, food, toilet paper, Hanes T-shirts, and tank tops. It is decently priced for how convenient it is. I could be in this store forever. I hate going to the bigger stores.

“It's a great place to find cheap items for $1.25 or more and they have a little bit of everything in there but there is always a line to pay for your items . They need to ask for help more often . There was a couple times that I almost said screw it and walked out . Who likes to wait in line for a long time when you have other things to take care of ?”
