“This is my new favorite vintage shop in Springfield. Drove by while doing a marketplace pickup and decided to stop in. They have a fantastic selection of well priced treasures (as others have said - not inflated like they are at Time Travelers a few blocks down). I bought 3 boxes worth of items and Terri and Mark were both very kind about helping wrap and box it all safely. When I told them I was celebrating getting a new job, they celebrated with me like family would and it made my day. Days later, I’m still thinking back on how that day made me feel. Thank you!”

“Hobby Lobby on gateway has the BEST employee’s/people I’ve ever met. I unfortunately locked myself out of my car including my phone. I walked inside and the manger on shift instantly let me use her phone to call whoever I needed. Another employee came up and said he has buddies who could help me possibly and reached out to all of them. Another employee named Gabe said he locks himself out of his car all the time and had a kit to unlock the car. He called someone he knew and they went out of their way to go to his house and bring us the kit. Two other employees went looking in the dumpsters to see if there was anything that could help. They found a bucket and took the handle apart and bent it to fit in my car. Gabe tried at it for probably 20 minutes and finally got it open. 8 different employees stayed with me to make sure I would get back into my car before they left. 8 different employees stayed from the time they got off at 8:30pm till 9:40pm until we got it unlocked. I appreciate this closing crew more than anything!! Shout out Gabe for buying tape to try to get the window down and unlocking the car!!”

“This place is SO cool! The vendors all have their booths decorated to the 9s! SO Beautiful! I loved LOVED walking through every vendor space and had to go around again because there was SO much to see! I bought some died flowers, a doily, a valentines gift for my husband and a wax figure for my spring decorating. But I wanted the crochet gnomes and mushrooms, the white flower plates, jewelry, kitchen towels, NFS sign, a snail made from a fork, and the cutest purse! Every corner was a surprise of something so creative. Must go! Oh and I guess they do a tea seating once a month by reservation!”

“Honestly one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had. Chris was on it from the start he was helpful, quick, and respectful of what we actually wanted. And Josh (the guy in the cat shirt) kept things light and pressure-free the whole time. Between the two of them it was just a really easy, pleasant visit with zero of that pushy energy you sometimes dread. Highly recommend asking for either of them!”
