“I've been with this specific store for 4 years now, and absolutely love working with all the different staff. Dane is great at helping you, to sort through all the different phones and figuring out which one you feel will give you what you want & need in a phone. All of the staff are smart, friendly, and willing to help you with any situation, ranging from trying to decide on if you want to purchase an item to helping you get that item up and running properly, to making sure your bill statement is correct and if not, getting it fixed.
I would highly recommend T-MOBILE to everyone.”

“Absolutely amazing the guy we got I can't remember his name went out of his way to help us with our bill we didn't even ask he just helped us it was really great experience the normal store we go to it's pretty standard it's just going in you ask him a question they make you wait 20-30 minutes then they talk to you not very enthusiastic they're very business which is good I guess it's okay it's not great it's not five stars but they never went out of their way to help us or ask us if we had anything else that they can help us with and when they do ask if they ask they say there's nothing they can do and they just kind of brush us off. But they are professional about it I guess it's not really rude or anything like that”
