“Went in and upgraded my phone with Brittany and she was great. She got all the stuff transfered over. Everyone at the store has been great. Very good customer service.”

“I've been with this specific store for 4 years now, and absolutely love working with all the different staff. Dane is great at helping you, to sort through all the different phones and figuring out which one you feel will give you what you want & need in a phone. All of the staff are smart, friendly, and willing to help you with any situation, ranging from trying to decide on if you want to purchase an item to helping you get that item up and running properly, to making sure your bill statement is correct and if not, getting it fixed. I would highly recommend T-MOBILE to everyone.”

“Had a great experience working with both Mason and Josh. Started the process with Mason and had the pleasure of completing the set up of my new home internet plan with Josh. Josh was very personable and even retrieved a phone charger for me when my phone got low during the set up process. Great customer service and very professional as well as personable.”

“Im sharing a raving review here for Dakota, and both Brandon's who work on this office. I was ready to cancel my service after dealing with an atrocious customer service phone call, but when I walked in, all three gentlemen heard me out and began problem solving and saved me almost 100 dollars a month on my bill and ultimately keeping a customer. These guys are awesome and I would highly recommend them.”
