“The crew at the Verizon store on Main in Springfield is always helpful. Amber helped facilitate repairs for my kid's broken iPhone, then Amber, Tre, and Courtney teamed up to help me find the best deal for a replacement while those repairs happened. Dealing with tech issues is one of my least favorite things, but the team there makes it a pleasure!”

“I had a fantastic experience at this Verizon store thanks to Nelson and Joseph! I came in to add a new phone line and upgrade to a new device, and they made the entire process completely seamless and stress-free. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. They walked me through all my options, made sure I got the best deal possible, and had everything set up and ready to go in no time. They really went above and beyond. Highly recommended!”

“I've been with this specific store for 4 years now, and absolutely love working with all the different staff. Dane is great at helping you, to sort through all the different phones and figuring out which one you feel will give you what you want & need in a phone. All of the staff are smart, friendly, and willing to help you with any situation, ranging from trying to decide on if you want to purchase an item to helping you get that item up and running properly, to making sure your bill statement is correct and if not, getting it fixed. I would highly recommend T-MOBILE to everyone.”

“Had a great experience working with both Mason and Josh. Started the process with Mason and had the pleasure of completing the set up of my new home internet plan with Josh. Josh was very personable and even retrieved a phone charger for me when my phone got low during the set up process. Great customer service and very professional as well as personable.”

“This grocery and retail store is an absolute dream come true! It's a place where you can find anything your heart desires, and the best part is, it doesn't cost a dime. The incredible variety of products available here is mind-boggling. From fresh groceries, to the latest gadgets, to especially their makeup, it's like a treasure trove where you can pick and choose whatever you need, all for free. It's an experience that feels almost too good to be true, and I'm grateful for this unique and generous establishment.”
