“Worked with Kyle first thing on a Saturday morning about an ongoing billing issue. He was professional, empathetic and respectful to a customer of over 20 years. He did his due diligence to identify the problem and reach out for help on clarity that the problem was what made sense and explained it well to the customer early on a Saturday as best could be understood. Kyle met the customer's expectation and the goal of returning the bill to what it was promised to have been months earlier. Because of his awareness and competency to address the customer needs and questions the new bill will be a bit lower after the customer being able to make some independent decisions about the bill.
