“My 9-year-old Dell tower suddenly started freezing. This guy did the software repair in just a little more than 24 hours, and everything is working great. He also cleaned up the tower (was VERY dusty) so much that it looks brand new. 4 rather than 5 stars because I thought the $220 total was a little high.”

“When the new phone started the same problem as the previous phone, I knew the issue was not the phones. After being disconnected from Customer Service several times you could say I was not happy. I was at the store on their land line with customer service and was disconnected. I asked for a manager and Ramon arrived. He took the problem seriously and started investigating while trying to reach customer services as well. I would say it took about 30 minutes but he found the issue. Made the proper changes and tested the phone. The issue was fixed before customer service answered the call.. He noted that it was an issue that could not have been fixed over the phone. He saved me all the frustration of being connected to customer service, only to be disappointed with the results. Thank you Ramon !!!”
