“The staff was so incredibly nice and helped me print off butterflies for a service last minutes after some technical difficulties at home! Turned out so pretty, thank you!”
“Two hours before my passport appointment for my sons, the post office let me know their camera was broken and suggested we go to fed ex on Beltline in Springfield. I knew (and any parent of an autistic child knows) this was going to be a disaster at best.
We got there and I ran in and explained my situation. Said I had an 18 year old as well as an autistic 7 year old that needed pictures quickly, as we had just found out the post office could not take them. Katie got my 18 year old in and out no problem, and hung with me as we tried to get the 7 year old to look at the camera, hold still, and not show his teeth. These is a Japanese saying ( 網の目に風とまらず) or you can’t catch wind in a net. This idea is pretty similar to trying to get a passport photo from my seven year old.
Katie didn’t give up, was so kind, patient, and wonderful, when I’m sure she had 50 other things she needed to be doing. She just rolled right our craziness like it was a normal Tuesday. Having a generally loud autistic child, we don’t usually get this amount of kindness and Katie deserves to be commended for it. Fed Ex needs to give her a raise.”
“They went above and beyond to help me today. My mail box was taken down at my apartment complex and due to be replaced. Meanwhile I was waiting for very important tax documents. When I went in they not only listen to my concerns about where my mail would be delivered but they even sent a carrier to my front door with those very important documents as soon as they came in. Thanks again for your help.”
“Pickup time for packages says 6pm. They must collect em earlier than that because I dropped off 10 min before 6 and there wasn't a scan that evening. Not sure why there are such delays with repairing the smashed out windows, causing everyone to enter through the side. My local postman likes to ignore the numbers on my door and name on the mail and puts my mail through the slot on the office door next to me. They close early on Fridays, causing me to wait until Monday to get anything delivered Friday. Other than those things and the occasional lost package, they've been great, especially for my selling on eBay. Definitely get yourself a label printer and skip the lines.”
“Ryan was calm and soothing when presented with my problem and knew exactly what to do to resolve my issue. Ryan at 700 International and Christy at the Cross Street location worked together to make sure my shipments would be delivered to my recently new address. I sure do appreciate their friendly, knowledgeable and KIND service!”
“You can only drop off pre paid packages and mail here, but this has better hours than most other full post offices, and the staff are really friendly. I don't understand people posting random complaints about their mail delivery to this post office location.”
“The person working in front was very friendly. The store was very clean. Overall, it was very pleasant visiting the store for the first time. I plan to return for my next visit.”
