Had a passport appointment and John was awesome. You need an appointment for passport services which is clearly stated on the website.

Faculty was good. Service once they processed it was not. Paid a lot for next day Air. They promised a 6 pm delivery. It didn’t happen. Nearly 10 pm now. Not delivered. Will be going in for a refund. $30+ is very expensive for a pkg not to arrive and with no explanation.
