“yesterday i had a truly awful experience at home depot in salem. the paint person was rude, unhelpful, rolling her eyes, made disparaging comments, etc. i was in a fury. i decided to stop by ace to get my supplies. night and day. these people were so gracious, kind, and helpful. they really went out of their way to get me what i needed, and did so with smiles and genuine courtesy. not only did i spend a bunch of money there, my mood was elevated and i left feeling very pleased with the store. thank you guys!! you are doing a great job???”
