“They did a repair last year on my wife’s car. Did a great job! I little while back noticed a little flaking on the bumper. They took her car in quickly. When fixing it they noticed a crack in the bumper they replaced it. They did the second repair at no cost to me. Very happy to deal with a business that stands by the work.”

“We purchased our all season tires from them and our blizz tech winter season tires from them. Overall we're very happy with service and product. We have purchased several sets of tires from discount tire. Overall we are fairly happy with the service. Always seems to be one nagging thing that we have to go back for though. Recently we purchased a used truck and we took it to discount tire for tires. The tire sensor was acting up and we asked them to take care of it. They did not. This same exact thing happened in the past with another vehicle. And we ended up having to take it back and they were happy to remedy it. I was not so happy that I had to go back.”

“I recently brought my 2024 Toyota Tacoma to Chico’s Auto Collision after my passenger-side mirror (with sensors) broke and the passenger door was dented and scratched. I dropped the truck off on Tuesday morning and got it back today—incredibly fast turnaround!
The quality of their work is outstanding. The mirror and sensors were repaired perfectly, the dents and scratches on the door are completely gone, and my truck looks brand new again. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in what they do.

I called Brian at 4:55pm and, he not only had the starter we needed, he also stayed open until we got there and waited until we installed it to ensure it was working as it should. On both occasions, I have had excellent service and got exactly what I needed. This most recent visit (on a Friday afternoon), I dealt with Adam. He was professional and personable. He and his boss mixed my paint to match my door and I was out of there before the end of the day.

“I needed machine shop service and I live in Klamath Falls, which only has 2 machine shops.My mechanic recommended Keller’s in Medford. So I called them they were super friendly and said if I came that day they could have it done by the next day. When I arrived 2 hours later they said if I wanted to wait they could do it that day. 90 minutes later I was on my way home. 5 stars is not good enough for this company.
