“I had an excellent experience at Discount Tire. My tire pressure light came on while I was driving, and Carlos quickly found a screw in my tire. He filled it with air so I could make my lunch appointment and scheduled me to come back afterward for the repair. When I returned, I was checked in right away and they got started immediately. Before they took my car, I mentioned that I had leftover lunch inside that would spoil during the repair, and they were kind enough to put it in the refrigerator for me. The repair was completed quickly, and everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond with their customer service.
