“They did a repair last year on my wife’s car. Did a great job! I little while back noticed a little flaking on the bumper. They took her car in quickly. When fixing it they noticed a crack in the bumper they replaced it. They did the second repair at no cost to me. Very happy to deal with a business that stands by the work.”

I show up a few hrs later to pay and pick up my truck and was told he made a mistake and forgot to add another 100$ on the quote. Update. The owner reached out to offer me 100$. That there speaks volumes to me and feel very confident this company retains utmost integrity and exceptional customer service!”

“John did a fantastic job fixing my semi truck. We were stopped on the side of I5 and I couldn’t get it to start. John not only came out on a late night but was extremely professional and was very communicative through the whole process. The best part about John is even though he is so busy with all his other service calls, he still picked up his phone. Only reason he didn’t pick up the first time is because he was on the phone with another client. I appreciate his patience and willingness to be patient with me in a hard time. Thank you again John.”

“We have had five vehicles worked on by Duane. We've had a Chevy Tahoe, Hondas, and a Kia. He has done a great job on them all. Small repairs to large repairs. He is on his A game and is a fine professional. I just do not pick any mechanic out there. Word of mouth I have found is the best. So my word, Duane is the real deal. So glad we have a business like his in the valley! Thank you Duane and American Wrencher!!”

“Luke and Steve have always treated me with professional kindness. All the work they've done on my vehicle has been explained to me patiently, the price is always fair (occasionally graciously so) and the wait time is reasonable (also, occasionally graciously so). I know I'm incredibly fortunate to have been recommended LA Auto when I purchased my car, as I hadn't been able to find a mechanic I truly trusted in years. Now, when my car starts making a strange sound I don't have to live in fear - I just call LA Auto!”

“These guys were awesome! I was quoted 1200 from most places, Bob Thomas did it for half of that and changed my oil. They shuttled me to and from work and the van smelled good and the driver wasn’t a weirdo lol most places have some slob driving a hoop-d. I will be a loyal customer forever. To me, customer service is everything and the cherry on top is the quality of my truck’s life has improved significantly. Thank you all ?”
1303 N Riverside Ave, Medford OR 97501
“Nothing but good things to say! I reached out for a quote online and received a fast response, followed by a fair quote, and got on their schedule the same day. Wait time to get in was reasonable, (about 2 weeks) especially around the Christmas holiday. Work was completed on time, and went exactly as planned, except that the alignment couldn’t be done afterwards because my 37’s were a little too big to fit on the alignment rack (Most any normal rigs would fit!). They came in on Christmas Eve morning when they were closed to finish it up for me, without asking, and with a friendly smile on their face. I’ll be a future returning customer, and I would recommend you become one too.”

We take all our vehicles to them for oil changes, routine maintenance, and repairs. They always provide exceptional customer service, explain things clearly, are transparent, honest, kind, and run their business with integrity. Travis and John have always been done a great job of explaining what needs to repaired and serviced right away for safety and what can wait. They provide fair and accurate quotes and are easy to communicate with. We are so grateful to have their business in our community!”

“We were driving our RV with Sprinter chassis down I-5 yesterday when our turbo resonator popped, hissed and went out. We drove to Mercedes Benz of Medford in limp mode and they got us in right away. The part we needed wasn’t going to be available for 3 days, which wouldn’t work for us. We are due in LA tomorrow to celebrate my mother’s 95th birthday! Dan and his team did some creative problem solving to help us out. Mechanic, Keegan, put in a new gasket seal and found a way to bolt our existing turbo resonator together so that we could get back on the road. We will replace it when we return to Dallas next week. While no one wants to have these kinds of problems on the road in the middle of a driving trip, we are happy it happened to us near Medford and so thankful for the excellent service and care we received from all of the people at Mercedes Benz of Medford…and we are so happy we will be able to celebrate with Mom tomorrow!”
