“We travel full-time in our fifth wheel and knew our tires were wearing unevenly. Was able to get an axle alignment in Grants Pass and ordered new tires myself. Two good tire shops could not manage to dismount the original 14ply tires with their equipment. Went to Les Schwab - who probably could have, but would not. (The LS in my home town would have!) Found Quality Tire - who are truly quality people with a "Can-Do" attitude and they were able to work me in and get the job done. They were all a joy to work with, helpful and knowledgable with various questions and I would highly recommend them. (Especially for RV owners with challenging heavy duty tires!)”

“Last year I needed a tire on my car really bad r. Really I could have used two tires, but I just went to get the one.When I got there they had just opened up the business maybe a week earlier. None of the guys spoke very much English and I spoke no Spanish. We figured it out and I got two new tires put on the back of my car and within 45 minutes I was out of there. Really nice guys, didn't try and take advantage of me, understood what I was trying to say and really made me feel at ease once the transaction was complete.I would recommend gills Point S tires to anyone! They are located on Table Rock Road but it's this little side road that's also called Table Rock Road. Once you pass natural grocers make a right turn onto that little short Table Rock Road Street in front of the Eagles Lodge.”

They were also kind enough to keep my old classic Pontiac in the garage to keep it out of the weather until the repairs had been effected. “I’ve never had work done here personally. However a family member purchased a car that immediately suffered a catastrophic engine failure and this was the last shop that had worked on it. I contacted and worked with them about getting the car back in the shop to diagnose and see what had happened. They were open to honoring their stated warranty for the vehicle (as in it was not tied to the customer who paid originally). Also, their previous invoices from the car had very good details notes about the complaint, condition, and correction performed.While the final result was not to fix the car (replace the entire engine), they practiced very good communication, answered all my questions, provided pictures, and even have a text option for getting ahold of them. I spoke with Stephanie, Trevor, and Kevin over the course of a week figuring this out and honestly it was probably the best over the phone experience I’ve had with a shop. I normally do my own work on cars but I would feel very comfortable using this shop in the future.”

The smell is now gone and he went above and beyond to dig through my car until he found an old cigarette butt that would have kept the car stinking. When fixing it they noticed a crack in the bumper they replaced it. They did the second repair at no cost to me. Very happy to deal with a business that stands by the work.”
