“I always love my local Shell Fuel Stations. I especially love the one on Crater Lake Hwy Medford, Oregon. The employees that work there are extremely kind, helpful, efficient, and make you feel at ease during your visit here. Even tho they close down in the evening, you are still able to fill up your vehicle or gas can with gas, diesel, and non ethanol fuel by using a gas card, or credit card, or debit card. I also love that this station carries NON ETHANOL FUEL 💯❤💫”

“Adam was sooo good to us. Called him up on Saturday before Labor Day with a request to check out our Chevy truck, which had a check engine light on. He told us to bring it in and he'd plug in to check the engine code. Ended up being a glow plug, which we can have done any time. Got us back on our travels up the Oregon coast. “Pacific pride is a member's only commercial fuel station that sells diesel fuel and some regular gas.They have DEF pumps as well but you have to sign app for commercial account. It's actually the cheapest way to go there. Typically, isn't any convenience store or bathroom or car Washes is just through the convenience of truck drivers”

“Best gas station in the area for highway trips. It has a convenience store, amazingly fast gas pumps, and the cleanest nicest side-of-the-building restroom I've ever used. Now on my list of regular travel stops!”

“Just driving through this town and stopped for gas and a quick car wash. Watched the lady at the car wash take her time detailing each car BEFORE going into the drive through car wash. She’s doing an excellent job. I’ve never seen someone take so much pride in their job like this. Great job !!”

“While everyone is entitled to their own experience, our visit to this station was completely different — especially during the overnight hours that were criticized in a previous review.
We stopped in during the early morning on a recent road trip and found the store open, clean, and fully operational. Overnight shifts are never easy, and it was clear the employee inside was actively working — cleaning, stocking, and maintaining the store. In fact, we appreciated seeing someone vacuuming and keeping the area tidy rather than standing idle. That shows attention to detail and pride in the location.
When we approached the counter, the transaction was handled efficiently. Not overly chatty — but polite, straightforward, and professional. Some customers prefer quick, no-nonsense service, especially at 3:00 in the morning. We certainly did. We got what we needed and were back on the road without delay.
The coffee station was stocked, the store felt safe and monitored, and the experience was smooth. It’s important to remember that overnight employees often work alone and are responsible for cleaning, stocking, assisting customers, and maintaining security all at the same time. That’s a lot for one person — and it deserves understanding, not criticism.
We also want to echo something positive: the outside gas attendant during morning hours was excellent — friendly and helpful. It’s clear that this location has team members who care.
Every business can have an off moment, but based on our experience, this station is open, staffed, maintained, and doing exactly what a late-night traveler needs it to do.
We’ll gladly stop here again on future trips.”
“Had a bathroom exactly like that in my nightmares, two toilets right next to each other with no divider, liminal space lighting, and 90s style design. Not that it was a nice bathroom or place, but so cool to see something that was in my dream irl. Please don't change it.”
“It usually has the best price in Southern oregon. It's very busy place. To pull in and out of this station is its downfall. Give and take. You get cheap gas but sometimes you use all you just saved trying to get out. Gas it's just gas.”
