“Stupid USPS did not scan my package at pickup. Julie took the time to send me receipts showing USPS Carrier Pickup Report showing it was picked up. Also gave phone numbers to call to put a trace on this. Package is now showing movement as before it just said label created awaiting to be dropped off. THANK YOU!!!”

“This place is great and I love going there. I usually drop off packages daily and I’m always greeted when I walk in. The Staff is Knowledgeable, patient and always friendly. They also understand the importance of packages getting loaded onto the truck for the quickest turnaround.
Multiple times I’ve shown up later than I should have as the daily UPS driver was leaving and once the prepaid packages were scanned, they would try to catch him before he drove off back to the distribution center. I didn’t even have to ask, now that’s going the extra mile. They have saved my butt multiple times.”

“Premier Packaging and Shipping, EXCELLENT SERVICE AND STAFF I have used Premier Packaging and Shipping since May of 2012 when I relocated to the Medford metro area. Without qualification they are the finest professional, mail, packaging and shipping business I have ever used. My profession, kept me moving from one domestic location to another then to an international location, so on and so on, etc, etc. A mail service was a necessity of my vocation. As I reflect, this is the longest I have lived in any one location in my few short 76 years. All that relocating necessitated using mail services to keep up with routine and business mail, one that could facilitate re-mailing or shipping as the situation dictated. (A change of address every year or so or even less is considered by some as an indicator of nefarious activity or being in the witness protection program) I suppose, now that my life is settling down somewhat I could get a mail box, or get a post office box, but neither would provide the peace of mind or convenience of having a single secure location, professionally staffed to facilitate the handling of everything from a franked one ounce letter to a package the size of a baby elephant weighing in excess of 200 lbs. A single location familiar with not only domestic mail and shipping but as well the vagaries of international shipping. Which by the way do very dramatically from country to country and often times may be impacted by which dictator is in charge when your shipment arrives. Master's degrees are offered in the logistics of fees and formalities surrounding and impacting foreign shipments. On occasion, when retrieving my mail I am toughly amazed by the general public's lack of understanding, and appreciation regarding the intricacies of international shipping, let alone domestic practices and procedures. Bottom line, coming up on nine years of excellent service, by professional, proficient, personable staff Premier Packaging and Shipping is my 150% recommendation.”

NOTE: If you are going in for fingerprinting / passport photos go up the stairs to Studio 10 (which is at the end of the hall when you go in) The photo/fingerprinting station used to be in the main Post and Parcel store but has now moved upstairs. If you end up going into the downstairs shop it's ok, you will just be directed upstairs and your scheduled appointment time will not be subject to cancellation.”
