“WaFd Bank Tigard is the location i look forward to. When I started banking, I really struggled to find banks that were and are human. Whether it's a phone call, I get a human. The hours are kept. I appreciate that so much. I don't have any extra time and I'm not too flexible with my scdueled but WaFd bank. I can always bank on them to be there. When I have issues , I have actual human bankers giving their all with issues and taking time comming up with soultutions that fit my needs. I just really love comming in to this location as well. It's welcoming. I always have a positive experience.”

She greeted me at the entrance and walked me through the process of opening a new checking account on top of the ones I already had. She was very clear and explained everything so well.
