“Fantastic experience from start to finish. I was lucky enough to work with Nicole (the showroom manager) and Chandler, both of whom were so lovely and so very well informed. I spent quite a while testing out shower heads with Chandler, who never tired of twisting them off and on their test spouts for me (side note: how brilliant is it that you can actually try out any shower head and handheld sprayer they have in the showroom?! I can't tell you what a difference it made in helping me make a decision, especially as price points are all over the place). I am so grateful for their time, patience and expertise - I had no idea so many options were available to me. As soon as my order was ready I promptly received an email from Chandler, and my entire order was delivered to me at no extra charge - they were even able to get it to me the next day! Top notch customer service, I look forward to working with them again.”

“Smaller version of a full scale WS store, cause it’s in a mall. Still a good source for high end cooking goods and table ware. Nice layout, very helpful clerks but also higher price tags than your usual kitchen supply store.”
