“We always stop by this pet shop when we run low on dog and cat treats. You can get bulk dog biscuits for very cheap too. Everyone is really nice here, and they even carry specialty dog food brands that aren't sold online! We love getting new treats for our animals to try at home.”

“I love Theresa's! They have such a wide variety of everything from toys to treats to food and more! They have big brands and smaller brands. I really love their rewards programs for frequent customers! I come here to buy all my pet stuff like kitty litter and dog and cat food. Workers are always friendly & helpful. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Plus they have free popcorn everyday from 10am-2pm I believe. How yummy! Get a lil pick me up snack while running your errands”
“Cute small boutique store close to home. Appear to focus on quality items for your dog and cat, not much for alternative pets like my rabbit or hen. However, the beautiful lady who helped me was so kind she wrote down brands for me to look up online and didn't push me to have her order it for her (like some boutique shops like to do). Great place, definitely going back.”

“i love to get my dogs treats here in bulk. they have a lot of options. the only downside to this pet shop is one of the employees. he’s a younger fella and doesn’t talk at all. it’s awkward and uncomfortable. not even a “welcome in” or anything. when he scans your items it’s silence. it’s just uncomfortable when going inside and he’s there. wish he would talk more or say hi when you walk inside”

We have been coming for years for daycare, boarding, and obedience training for two of our dogs and could not be happier. Our newest dog is a rescue and was very timid and afraid when we first brought him in. The owner worked with us to gradually get him to feel safe there and now he runs in, tail wagging, pulling me behind him! Dogtown is a safe and caring environment for your dog.”

She is so knowledgable, kind, and patient with her clients and their dogs. You can tell she loves what she does! She pours her heart and soul in to this business and all her love in to the animals and her clients. The hybrid format is so convenient for busy people on the go, with in person classes on the weekends! She has classes for all activity levels at such a great price compared to other people in town. If you are going to invest your time and money, this is your best bet!”

“Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I saw 6 employees and I couldn't get any help. When I asked for help, I was told someone would be there in a few minutes. I walked around the store and saw 3 employees stocking shelves. When I asked if they could help me, I was told, " that's not my area or department", I can't remember exact words. Very rude.

I'm not sure if the management changed or there are new employees. I ho into this store about 1-2 a week. Always friendly. The store is clean. The only thing I would have to say that is negative, they don't keep enough of the brand of cat food I buy. It's a fine place to go.”
“I ordered a pallet of feed from LJC. When I picked it up, they loaded it into my pickup and volunteered to shrinkwrap my tarp over it so the tarp wouldn't blow around and risk getting the feed wet in the rain. The pallet discount was good, and dealing with them was a pleasant experience.”

“We absolutely love this place. We started coming here a few months ago just to get our dogs' nails trimmed. We have three, small medium & large. She was very gentle! Sits on the floor with our large dog, and putting our small & medium dogs in a hanging vest that really relaxes the dog, and makes the nail trim easy! Today, we took our large sheepdog in for a premium wash. She turned out great! She was bright & clean and brushed out. I almost didn't recognize her! The best experience we have had and reasonably priced too!”
