“Actual life savers. My husband thought we had ordered everything for our chicks, but we were missing the light, the bulb, and the bowls. This was the first place I thought of even though I’m sure there were places closer to me. ? I was frazzled and arrived two minutes after closing. Yet, I was still greeted and asked what I needed - all with skilled knowledge on what I needed and on what I maybe had forgot on top of that. Thank you guys, will definitely come back.”

“Such a cute little shop, the woman who ran it was super helpful when I had questions. I had brought my fur baby to town for a surgery and I stopped in for some treats to make sure she had something nice when she woke up. They have all kinds of options for food, treats, and toys, I was really impressed with the selection. There was even food from a brand that I thought only made treats! Needless to say, I went on a bit of a shopping spree but if you live in the area (or even just visiting) stop on and get a little something for your pet. You will not regret it, I promise!”

“Caye's Aquarium is my absolute favorite place to go to. The customer service is outstanding. They make you feel like family. Danielle and Jerry are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help, even staying late for me. They are extremely generous, their prices are reasonable. They have educated me more than I could imagine. They gave me a free heater to compensate for a cracked aquarium lid that couldn't be replaced. If I could give them a gazillion stars, I would.”

“This place is wonderful and the staff is very dedicated. Josh and Autumn have been especially awesome with me and my pup Tater. This is my first experience with doggy daycare and they have exceeded my expectations. They are always detailed and honest about how my pups day was. They also make helpful reccomenedations for appropriate play off site and training tips. My dog loves coming and is tuckered out when he is done playing. Highly recommend ?”

Best pet store anywhere.
They worked with us and our picky pets (over a few months) to find food that they like and that also balances their diet. Their selection is great for such a small storefront. And the costs are reasonable. No cat tax! Bring your pets. They have a whole table of dried treats to pick from. Kibble, canned, frozen and raw, and freeze dried.
Amazing to finally find a local store that meets EVERY need.
Now I love shopping for pet food,l!”

“My mom’s cat crossed the rainbow bridge today. The staff here were very understanding, friendly, helpful all the things you’d look for in the people who help your pet cross over. The only thing I would have liked done differently is they don’t allow the owner to be in the room when the pet passes away.”
“Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I saw 6 employees and I couldn't get any help. When I asked for help, I was told someone would be there in a few minutes. I walked around the store and saw 3 employees stocking shelves. When I asked if they could help me, I was told, " that's not my area or department", I can't remember exact words. Very rude.

I'm not sure if the management changed or there are new employees. I ho into this store about 1-2 a week. Always friendly. The store is clean. The only thing I would have to say that is negative, they don't keep enough of the brand of cat food I buy. It's a fine place to go.”

“It's not a bad place to work. Family friendly atmosphere. Only negative I can articulate is training is by fire, you are thrown to the wolves as mid management. Otherwise it's a great place to work with awesome folks. Extremely clean warehouse.”

“It definitely matters what veterinarian is at the vet clinic that day. This vet was amazing and was able to get nova‘s shot for heartworm results with no issues! You can tell this vet enjoys her job and enjoys animals! Much more pleasant than my last visit at the Happy Valley Vetco clinic.”

Came into **Petco** to get litter. Left with three new cat toys, a bag of treats my cat will sniff once and ignore forever, a fancy water fountain she’ll be terrified of, and a sweater she’ll destroy out of spite.
Do I regret it? Not even a little. The store is clean, the aisles are full of temptation, and the staff is super friendly—even when I’m describing my cat’s personality like she’s a moody roommate with a tiara.
Petco fuels my delusion that one day my cat will *appreciate* me. Until then, I’ll keep spoiling her like she pays rent. ???”
