“A marvelous funhouse of a store. I've found some random useful bits of home hardware here. Helpful and honest staff; one time I came asking about having a lamp repaired which was going to cost $80, and instead they talked me into fixing it myself for $3 worth of wiring. Wouldn't say it's a great place to find a good deal though, prices generally seem high.”

“I've only been to this harbor freight once and I will have to say that I was impressed in almost every way compared to the Beaverton location by the DMV. I will have to say though that this location as well as the Beaverton location are horribly located. They're not close to anything. They're far away and just the type of strip malls that they're in are really terrible. Poor design. Poor parking structures most the time they're needed to be repainted so whoever owns and runs. These strip malls needs to get on their job and have a better environment. However, the harbor freight itself is great. This location was well stocked on all inventory. Well staffed with enough people there. I actually found there to be an overamount of people compared to other harbor freights but that's great because we want to have people who we can ask questions to and people who are able to stock the shelves and inventory. If I live closer this would be my choice to go to for harbor freight”

“This is my hands down favorite hardware store. I can walk in with a random screw, but, washer etc, and the gentleman behind the counter will walk down the aisle and take me to the exact bin where what I need resides. When I needed a new mower, I knew I wanted to get one through this store and asked what they had available…and I am beyond happy with my purchase and the customer service that helped me from start to finish. I’ll never go to a big box store again, these folks are worth every penny.”

“This is my favorite hardware store in town. It’s not the closest to me, so I go out of my way to come here.
It’s worth it for the customer service, selection, and even ambiance (which is weird to say about a hardware store, but the light is really nice).
They have a wide range of products that I don’t always expect from a hardware store from tea balls to dinnerware to soda stream canisters. Even stuff that works nicely as gifts, like the rather extensive collection of beeswax candles.
They also have huge suite of Benjamin Moore paint products and are knowledgeable about all the options.”
