I walk in, within 3 minutes the awesome dude behind the counter clears out my charging port, and one of the most simple but maddening aggravations in my life the last couple of months was fixed. Didn't even charge me for it.

O'Reilly's tends to have high-quality employees who actually gaf and have solid advice and insight on troubleshooting mystery car/ truck issues. As well as real-world advice on a variety of topics. Just ask!”
