“I had a new pair of Apple Air Pod’s that I had only used a few times. All of a sudden the adapter charger wasn’t staying connected to Air Pods charging case. I brought them to Fix Hut. The person named, Paul, that was working said they didn’t normally work on Air Pods, but he would take a look at them. A short time later he came from the back of the store and had fixed the issue. Tried to offer him some money, but he just said “happy holidays” and wouldn’t accept a payment. Will be bringing my I'-Phone or I-pad here for any future needs. Much more friendly and convenient than trying to use the internet or Apple Support.”

When months later I needed a replacement of a part I bought there but no longer had the receipt for, they located the purchase on their end and replaced it without charge. (And while I was there, I saw them fix another customer's fob without even selling her a part.) Just super helpful people.”

“I went to O'Reilly's which I normally go to I'm looking for auto supplies to get a brake pad pedal with my make my little breaks a little wider so I can use easier to press on but the size that they got in a little bit too small and even though they let me try it and be satisfied with the product I bought from the I can always return it but this time just measuring against my current brake pedal it didn't work out this time but I highly recommend to go there to get auto supplies”

“Stopped in to buy new wipers & have them installed free of charge, as I have done for over 10 years for all 4 of our vehicles. Today, Rosendo appeared to be managing the counter all alone. He was calm and courteous under the pressure of a long line. He promised to install after he cut the line down a bit. He was true to his word and after helping 3 more people in line after me, he came out and efficiently installed my wipers and then helped another guy who was having an issue trying to install his new wipers. I would estimate that he was back in at the counter and helping those who had waited in line in about 5-6 minutes. Big Thumbs Up for Rosendo & O'Reilly's ??”
