“I had a new pair of Apple Air Pod’s that I had only used a few times. All of a sudden the adapter charger wasn’t staying connected to Air Pods charging case. I brought them to Fix Hut. The person named, Paul, that was working said they didn’t normally work on Air Pods, but he would take a look at them. A short time later he came from the back of the store and had fixed the issue. Tried to offer him some money, but he just said “happy holidays” and wouldn’t accept a payment. Will be bringing my I'-Phone or I-pad here for any future needs. Much more friendly and convenient than trying to use the internet or Apple Support.”

“I was advised by the fine people at T-Mobile that they can't fix damaged phone jacks, but that this location does stellar work. I walk in, within 3 minutes the awesome dude behind the counter clears out my charging port, and one of the most simple but maddening aggravations in my life the last couple of months was fixed. Didn't even charge me for it.
Legendary. If I could give 6 stars I would.”

I was driving across the country with my family, six in total, in a mini van, on the 10 fwy the whole way, from Southern California to middle of Georgia. About halfway through New Mexico the vehicle started over heating. We pulled off in the first town, which was teeny tiny, and O'Reilly's was the only auto place open after 4pm. And thank the Universe, they traded a refurbished alternator for my broken one, essentially for free, I just had to find someone to do the labor. There was a place they recommended that was open the next day and we were back on the road before noon. It only cost me labor. $150 and we didn't have end the trip. From panic to devastation to relief and rejoicing, all thanks to O'Reilly's Auto Parts. I've sworn by them ever since. Thank you!”

And then Bobby helped me swap the bulb out in my car (I would have had no clue where to start if I'd tried to do that myself!) -- and he also identified that I had another small bulb out and replaced that one too! O'Reilly's tends to have high-quality employees who actually gaf and have solid advice and insight on troubleshooting mystery car/ truck issues. As well as real-world advice on a variety of topics. Just ask!”
