“Participated in an organized paddle of the Tualatin River with two fantastic guides—one a Tualatin Riverkeeper, the other a friend of the first. Both were engaging, welcoming, and informative. I took my three kids, ages 12-14, and each of them had a great time. Our guides made paddling very accessible and fun. We’d occasionally stop along the river to learn about the river cleanup, wildlife, and history. We saw several ducks, some fish, and even a blue heron up close. This association and the river is such a treasure. Highly recommend. I’d love to paddle more with them.”
“Not only did I find my dream dress and a beautiful veil to go with it, but I also found a dress for my older sister and my mom. Everyone working there including the owner was incredibly nice and uplifting. Not only did we find so many amazing dresses they were all incredibly affordable! All 4 items were under $300, my dress alone was only $49! Knowing they’re also a nonprofit for a super important cause was just the cherry on top. I believe that anyone looking for beautiful dresses would have an incredible time here; the prices, the service, it was all amazing.”
“Almost found my dress here! It is a more hands off staff experience, which I enjoyed. Good variety of styles and eras of dresses with some modern styles and some a bit older. I really enjoyed my experience here and would add it to my dress shopping list again.”
“First time visiting their new location. I do like that it's a little bit easier to get to for me. It is large and has a great layout, and there's always so kinda of odds and ends to find here.”

Why? Because it's right here in Portland Oregon. Creative culinary food inspired from you know where, and geeze, while you are waiting to be seated, take in the Art.”

“My family stayed here for a week. It's an awesome, fun stay for kids. Big kitchen and dining area. Tons of play rooms. Arts and crafts center. My son got to pick out a few toys even! Love this place!”
“This is the most amazing group of people. I will be forever greatful. They work daily making the lives of feral/stray cats healthy, to live happier lives.
Thank you Feral Cat Coalition!”
“Everything about the adopting experience was great! They really seem to care about finding successful matches and know a lot about their cats' personalities and have a balanced approach to vetting potential adopters. The people were also super nice!”
“Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the gloves and the breakfast and hot meals you have provided not only for me, but for everyone. I appreciate the workers and people who volunteer to make a difference for us all. God bless you all and again, thank you so so much♥️”
“RUN, don’t walk, to the incredible cafe inside of Literary Arts! Every single item on the menu is delicious, and you can tell crafted with love. The drinks are inventive, the customer service is top notch, and you can’t beat the atmosphere. 10000/10 would recommend. Whether you’e visiting or a local, don’t sleep on this Portland hidden gem ?”
“I love the book corner. I visit every weekend and I'm never disappointed. Such friendly and great staff, wonderful prices (can't beat it) and it's in such a cute area. I love that all of the proceeds go back to the local library.”
“I don't leave reviews often but I had to leave one after my experience yesterday. I bought tickets for Fat Ham for my friend's birthday and I thought the show started at 2:30 not 2. We got there and the doors were locked and I started to panic bc I am tight on money so I couldn't just eat the cost of the tickets. Luckily someone who works there was outside and he was very kind to us. I told him I was so stupid, and he was like no you are not, go up to the desk and they will help you. I go up to the desk and the woman there was just as kind! I again lamented about my stupidity for not knowing what time the show started and she quickly offered to let us in or trade our tickets for the 730 show. She even moved our seats closer to the stage. I was literally blown away by the customer service I received. My friend and I got to spend her birthday walking around Portland on a beautiful sunny day and then ended it with a PHENOMENAL PERFORMANCE!!!! I will 100% be returning to this venue. The customer service alone will keep me as a patron for a long time.”

“Inquired about renting the place for a quinceanera, not only did we get a great price for the rental but they also cater and offer clean-up , everything at a very reasonable price around 12-1300.00 for 6-7 hrs of use plus they have a bar with bartender , clean restrooms and video gaming room too, dance floor, stage tables and chairs everything you'll need in a cozy friendly atmosphere with pro service's , we highly recommend American Legion Post 180 and we ourselves will keep coming here first for all our family gatherings, thank you Leeann !”
“Beautifully curated and cared for. The exhibits are thoughtful and relevant to the local community. Library and shop also highlight the people in the area. Highly recommend for every history and art enthusiast!”
“Really nice people here. I brought an old tattered flag to them for proper disposal. I was greeted warmly and the dining hall and bar were really nicely done. Thanks American Legion Post 104!”
“We pretty much only use the pool here, both for open play swim and swimming lessons for the kids. Never had any issues. The slide is almost always open during open swim. Shout out to the lifeguards who scan the water non-stop like robots. I even came in at 4:05pm recently and open swim had just started 5 minutes before. Not a single soul was in the pool, yet all three lifeguards were scanning the water anyway. I chuckled out loud at the sight, but honestly, it's a good sign that they take their jobs seriously and stay on task.”
“As a grandma, going to pick up breast milk for a Premi who was getting ready to be brought home from the hospital. It was the best experience I could have ever had. The place was easy to find, and the staff was very courteous and helpful. Even to the point of calling the hospital to verify the prescription that was sent over to them because they had not received it yet. They sat and talked with me and got to know me and we're very helpful in every way. I highly recommend this place to any new mother who is in need of breast milk for their little bundle of joy.”
“Stopped in to swim laps and shoot hoops. This is a cheerful, disability-friendly and Neuro divergent-friendly space. Staff are professional, facility clean. Thanks”
“This is a great place to live for all veterans and their families. They assign you a room and social worker. This is not shelter, it's more like temporary housing for veterans and their families. This place has rules, classes and two square meals. If you can follow these simple rules, you can change your life for the positive. With being around with fellow veterans, helps with counseling, socializing, and getting things done in life and in Oregon.”
“Nice library. We used the Willamette room for and event the wheeled chairs and tables were great for setting up. Very grateful for the room. Just a side not no food or drink allowed in this room. There is free parking out front.”
“I am happy to be a member of OMPA where I can be a visible and influential part of the Portland film production community. I recently had a little tech issue upon joining, and it was immediately solved upon reaching out to Geff, so great customer service! I look forward to more OMPA events”
“I love this place! Though at times the volunteers are disconnected from the customers. I've noted my times when assistance has been needed. And seen a large number of customers leave due to the fact that help is few and far between! The Forest Grove site is a disaster that's already happened, and again the staff are Curt and available most times.”

“Whether beginning a new life path or wanting to increase your knowledge of a purposeful life, this Center is absolutely a fantastic vehicle to accomplish either goal.”
“This use to be a real RADICAL community organization, taking e-waste and letting volunteers help dismantle it for recycling in exchange for Linux boxes made from scrap and other great mutual aid platforms OPEN to the community. Now it is just an e-waste recycler that issues a tax coupon. Sad to see good communalism get libbed up like this. 4⭐ because what you do is still good, not 5 because I still remember how good you use to be.”
“Great for families - My kids have learned to swim, climb, and do gymnastics thanks to the amazing staff and facilities here, not to mention all the community events. It’s like our second home!”
“Man, oh Man Alan Singly is such an amazing instructor. Originally, I brought my oldest boy but saw the progress from no sing to sing with confidence, so I decided to bring my other son to Youth Music Project but only with Alan Singly, because this instructor is truly amazing with kids!”
“I took the Food Handlers course. It was easy to navigate and the test went very smoothly. And the best part...I entered a contest to win a stay st the Historic Hood River Hotel AND WON!!! Thanks ORLA!!! See you in 2 years when my food handlers card expires!!!”
“First time here today! My husband and I were blown away with the quality of the furniture and lamps. Staff are very friendly and helpful! We look forward to retuning. Fantastic prices, too!”
