This was my first introduction appointment with my doctor. First, shout out to nurse Brittney who was friendly, thorough, and very informative. Also gave great needle for flu and influenza vacs. Brittney set up my follow up appointment right after.
Next was meeting my new doctor, Dr. Klopsch. I was pleased at how he actually listened to me and didn’t make me feel rushed. I then went to the lab right there in the same dept! Signed in and was called in a matter of minutes. Everyone was quite friendly and professional. I recommend this facility.”

“I saw Dr. Kafi prior to Covid. He was very personable as was his assistant and his office staff. I recently returned for some minor issues. He remembered me and greeted me warmly. His staff was still personable as before. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I am going to refute a former review about Dr. Kafi fat-shaming. I weigh more than my ideal. He never said anything to me about weighing more than I probably should. He answered several skin care questions I had. He and his assistant explained after care for the procedure I had. The information was clear and simple and easy to understand. He also followed up with me via MyChart. I would return to this practice again.”
“I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. It’s calm, clean, and never feels rushed or crowded. And the free underground parking, with elevator, is a huge bonus. The staff are friendly, professional, and quick to respond, whether it’s a call or email. I see Dr. Wu, and have for many years. She is fantastic: thorough, direct, a great listener, and explains everything clearly to make sure I understand the plan. I always feel cared for and never like just another number. “Making an appointment online is easy but our care team is usually booked out a bit. If we need to get seen sooner, a phone call to get an earlier date tends to go most smoothly if you are lucky enough to get Kathleen. She's thorough & if she doesn't know the answer to a question, she's honest & will get you an answer even if it requires a follow up phone call or message using MyChart. Check-In process is always quick, especially if you utilize the option to Pre Check-in online. The staff working the front counter is friendly & always willing to help with additional information when needed (financial assistance forms & phone number to apply). Ryan is usually the member of my Care Team that walks me to the Exam Room & get me ready to see our PCP. He pays attention to details & always calms me (have horrible anxiety & "white coat syndrome") while taking my vitals & prepare the information for the doctor. Dr. Dunn was the 2nd doctor I saw it this location, (I didn't like how pushy a previous doctor at this location was). I'm definitely not a typical patient due to a very complex medical history. Dr. Dunn has taken over my care since moving here in 2020 & has never shied away from helping me get answers & better care from the specialty doctors on my team. He's help me build a phenomenal team of doctors & has even ordered tests to help the specialty doctors have answers when I arrive to them. That's truly above & beyond from other PCPs I've seen in the past. Dr. Dunn is close to our age, so I'm confident we will have continued amazing care for many years!”

The front staff were welcoming and very nice and the medical assistant was quick and efficient. I was quickly taken back to my room and within minutes Jennifer came in.
