“I went in a few days after the start of the year toward the end of the business day not quite knowing what I was after, and Sean Linn was there. Friendly, patient, and knowledgeable are three words I would use when describing Sean, and he didn't bat an eye when I ended up staying an hour past close on the first visit.
The next evening I made it about 45 min before closing, again Sean did stay past close to help and step me through financing and explain the process for delivery, how the base worked, etc.
Helpful and friendly, local oregon business, good sized location with many options to look at and try, what is not to like?

I knew the brands I wanted to look at before I got there and I was thrilled to find out that she had all of the brands I was looking for. I told her which ones I was interested in so we tried those out first and then we went to some other ones and then we went back to the ones I liked and just kept narrowing it down. She was extremely informative and very helpful with me in choosing a new mattress. I also got some bedsheets and a pillow and mattress protectors. “My husband and I came in half an hour before closing, self conscious that we were going to make the employees stay late, but they were very polite and helpful and not rushed. They source most (maybe all) of their products in the pnw and after laying on a bunch of mattresses, I can't imagine buying one on line. Very helpful and knowledgeable sales assistant and we ended up ordering our mattress from them within that half an hour. Hey will pick up and recycle your old mattress too! “I make a point of buying local and I was not disappointed with Hiddenbed of Oregon. Keith listened to my needs and helped me pick out the perfect bed. It was delived to my home and set up by two competent installers. They were clean, polite and did a very nice job attaching my bed to the wall. The craftsmanship of the bed is solid, real wood with several finishes to choose from. Upon my request, Keith provided me a piece of wood with the stain I had pick for my bed so I'm able to match other furnishings to go with my bed. Super nice people and I'm completely satisfied with my purchase!”

Also prices are very reasonable compared to other futon shops. Don’t listen to the bad reviews about not being able to put futon a together. It is sad to see you people leaving bad feedback for good business because they are unable to follow instructions and have 0 communication skills. Oh, and they feel somehow entitled too. Go get your rock soft futon from rock solid people. ???”

He helped me decide on best mattress based on my needs, helped make sure the final height of my mattress and box spring was perfect and made every part of the process be easy and efficient. The delivery guys were also perfect. I was so happy after sleeping so comfortably on the new guest bedroom mattress that I went back and bought a second mattress for my own bed. Second delivery was also perfect. I also found the quality of the pillows, mattress pad and sheet bundle I got with each mattress to have great added value. I went to other stores before Bed Mart and just didn’t feel comfortable enough to make a purchase. The options can be overwhelming but Bill made it easy.
