Each time I go back I always get asked about my day and pick up a conversation like we never stopped. “Someone has mentioned before about the abysmal customer service at this location and I must agree whole heartedly. The employees at this location are short, rude, and don’t seem to really want to help customers with their necessities outside of checking their Costco card upon arrival. Corporate will be getting a call as we pay way too much in Gold membership and at that location for people to act so rude towards paying customers. Especially the tall, bald gentleman who is usually overseeing the self checkout area. We will be addressing this with corporate.
Update: one phone call and Alex took care of us promptly and with a phenomenal attitude. The expeditiousness in handling my concerns by the administrative staff has made me change my review back to a 5 star. Good customer service, that’s all we ask for. (PS, I worked retail for years before my current career path, I understand the necessity of maintaining good customer service, hopefully some employees take heed.)”

“After using Fred Meyer pharmacy for years, I’m so mad we don’t change sooner. Costco like everything else they offer is so much more efficient, they answer their phone, and are always friendly. If you’re looking to move away from a grocery store pharmacy, I would 100% recommend Costco. The 3.5 star current rating doesn’t do them justice.”

“Zach at the Tire Service Center did a fantastic job for me. It was a walk-in appointment, but it was handled promptly. Zach corrected diagnosed the issue, and suggested a sensible and appropriate repair (a different shop elsewhere had recommended a repair that was more expensive, and somewhat dubious). Of course prices for tires and parts at Costco are usually excellent. My car was quickly fixed and I went on with life. If only every trip to a car mechanic could be this good. Two thumbs up.”

“I purchased new tires recently and the tire center was very fast! They only took 30 minutes when they estimated 1.5 hours. Both people who helped me were extremely friendly and helpful as well! They offer retorquing after 25 miles and tire rotation after 5k miles as well!”

“I needed petrie dishes for a time sensitive project. After I discovered another large supplier in the area didn't have the listed items in stock, I tried Nurnberg. I was willing to take only half the number I wanted, but then Abbie managed to locate a second sleeve, and even gave me a warning callback when she discovered they would be closing an hour early! Amazing service and, I should add, less than half the price per unit I was quoted elsewhere.”
