“We had to return a large “bouncy house” to Amazon because the seam split. I don’t know how that factory gets that thing into a box, but I can say that two people rolling it up by hand and cinching it down cannot get it back into the same box. In fact it was approximately 4 times the original size. We checked Lowe’s, Home Depot, and U-haul, but none had a box big enough. Thank goodness for the UPS on Commercial. They helped us from figuring out what to do, to unloading and packing the enormous item. Many places would’ve been grouchy about the whole ordeal, but the woman who helped us was completely understanding. They lifted the whole burden right off us—figuratively and literally!”

I reached out to this business late on a Friday night for notary services after I had a scheduled appointment at a UPS store and the notary left before the appointment. I called Linda at Other Mail and she said she would wait for us to get there so we could have our document notarized. Her accommodating us late on a slow Friday night showed that she values her customers!”

“Tom Whitehouse is a Superhero! FedEx customer service gave me a run around for two days straight and we're unable to make any proper Corrections to the shipping that I had. On top of that I was lied to by them multiple times and almost made a 4 hour drive for no reason. When I got to the facility my shipment was not there it ended up getting loaded onto a truck which it shouldn't have. Mr. Tom was extremely helpful and went completely out of his way to make sure that my shipment was brought back to that location, he himself made sure that It got back. I can only show my gratitude to him and his team for their efforts and professional courtesy I truly appreciate it. This Man is the true definition of customer service!”

“The workers here are super nice, professional and care about the service given to our society.
Sadly, most of the time I only see 1-2 employees and they are usually the same ones as well. I’m glad they’re getting their hours and I am so pleased with how they work… despite that… I’m not okay with the pressure being put on these workers.
This location gets a lot of packages and sometimes the line is so long and we all got multiple packages.
Sometimes the system is not working for them, my last straw is when the self scan machine is not working lol and it’s their only machine!!!
I just want better treatment or payment for these workers. They really are amazing. (This is coming from someone that comes here to drop off packages very often and years w it)”

“This post office used to give me anxiety because the staff was so mean, but today Daniel was super amazing. He explained everything, had a great attitude and got through the line super quick with kindness and efficiency.”
“This is the saddest Post Office of all. To clarify, this isn't a full-service Post Office, but sort of an annex where undelivered mail and packages go to be picked up (or not) later. The highlight is the lobby with one large empty wall save for two photos of dubious provenance in mismatched frames. Adjacent to this wall is a Dutch door that only opens when you ring the bell. A peek on the other side reveals a RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK style warehouse where all the misplaced or undelivered parcels go. Hand your slip to the worker and they close the door and disappear. Hopefully, they return with your package or letter. They always have for me, anyway.
Parking lot is small. Arrive early.”

Although I didn’t get the answer I wanted i was treated very respectfully by all of the staff. They are friendly, courteous and helpful. I do like small town customer service and over all vibe. It’s a good place to do business.”
