“Let me share what rockstars this group of gents are. I knew I was going to soon need a brake job and so I had called around and done some research (my father is a retired mechanic and fabricator, so I try to follow his advice) and I felt this place hit all the check marks...price, time, location and amazing customer service.
When I arrived, the shop was spotless. Not that it matters, but to do the work that they do and to keep the shop and themselves so tidy, it says they care about the quantity and appearance. BTW they also have the sweetest shop dog, who I fell in love with.
They finished replacing all my brakes and rotors in the a reasonable amount of time and even helped with a surprise issue.... someone had actually CUT my emergency brake cable and taken the time to ziptie it to my frame so I wouldn't know. Theirfix of this surprise issue was not a money maker for them less than an hour labor and an $80 part. So I don't feel taken advantage of.
What really blows me away is I had just had my car to the dealership who tried to tell me I needed a bunch of service things, which I had actually already done. These gentlemen were honest. I have already given there name to a number of friends who are soon in need of brakes and tires.”

My 09' Honda Pilot broke down and Meineke was quoting me at 8K to fix it-I called the guys at the shop & they came and picked me, my dog, and my car up and fixed it all up for 2K 🙏
They do full pre-buy vehicle inspections as well for $100.00!”

“Hands down the best shop in town!My Defender was hit and damaged down the entire driver side and you wouldn’t know there was even a scratch looking at it now. Jeff was very communicative through the entire process and he dealt with everything related to the insurance company for estimates and payments. It was a drop off and pick up kind of experience for me (which I love) and the work speaks for itself. The day of pick up the car was spotless inside and out and everyone at the garage was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Freeman and will use them again if I ever need repairs.”

Reminded me of the way Les schwab used to be .. they cleaned rims and tires on my hillbilly Toyota , checked for any leaks in the tires and bead and had them bolted up . “I had a tire blowout and was lucky enough to be right next to Metro Car Care. I pulled in, explained what happened to the owner, and he was friendly, professional, and able to fit me in right away to have one of his technicians swap on my spare tire. I expected to pay something for the service, but when everything was finished they told me there was no charge. While I was waiting, everyone in the office and garage was friendly, professional, and efficient. The shop looked well-equipped and appears able to handle just about any repair or maintenance job. I'm grateful for their help and will definitely be bringing my car back the next time it needs service.”
